The rep was extremely unprofessional. He answers the phone as " hey what's up bro". Really unprofessional and quote me $289 + $125 broker fee without even running my driving record. My record is clean no accidents no tickets. His response oh thats it, take it or leave it. I am going to report this agency to the BBB and to the state.
