I remember in 2014 when I attended the first seminar in Dallas, TX. Don’t join their passive income club! It is a scam! The company they use for us to buy the property sold it for over price and they told us not to check the value of the property. In addition the property management “easy street property management” doesn’t take care the property but for sure you are charged with the monthly fee. We have renters that hasn’t paid for more than a year. It has been a big lost for me: (so disappointed!
Best program if you want to become a Real Estate Investor. They have best motivational coaches and tools to get started. Best all-in-one software/backoffice to do marketing, website, find leads, direct mail, etc. Fortunebuilders Facebook Community, where like minded individuals share info, motivate and inspire each other. And now they have a podcast, where you can learn alot just be listening in.
