Stated with Forward in the beginning to try it out and here I am a few years later still a member. Since I travel a bit it’s great to be able to reach out to the Doctors and staff and get a timely response. Very convenient and with locations expanding, it makes face to face visits even easier.

Honestly, I trust Forward more than I trust my GP. They are responsive, decisive, and always point you in the right direction. They are the quarter back that I never knew I was missing. Simple to sign up, amazing app, excellent customer service (that your doctors office is desperately needing)!

I was contemplating joining yesterday. In the process of inquiring, I received text messages, emails and a phone call pretty quickly. I had reservations about the 6 month commitment and I was skeptical in trying "one more thing" in a long line of other things. I called their number twice and twice my call was answered and questions responded to. I committed by phone with one of the reps. Paid my first month. Immediately received text messages to schedule my blood draw for today, and my baseline appointment for Monday morning. I was impressed with the speed. However, no instructions to the blood draw, i.e. Fasting. So called again. Put on hold with offer to request a callback. Requested a callback that never came. Luckily I did receive a text with the specifics for the blood draw.
Today, I had my blood drawn. Then I get a text from the app, which is very, very limited in function, to schedule my baseline. What? I have confirmations that it was already scheduled for video conference for Monday morning. The app does not reflect that anymore. Does that mean it has been cancelled? I don't know! I again tried calling them, and have been on hold for over 20 minutes! The recording offers me again to request a callback but I have yet to get the callback I requested yesterday! So I emailed them. Received an automated response to my email that someone will respond but no idea when. I called the office number in Newport Beach, and apparently it is a non-staffed line. I had reservations, they have now been justified. I feel like once they have your money and commitment you cannot get ahold of anyone. Now their telephone recording just hung up on me after I held for over 25 minutes as I wrote this review.

Great experience! We covered everything you could think of at the standard doctors visit and more. They are fast and efficient. I love their service.

I checked out the Forward website and answered a few questions. After that, I got daily texts and phone calls trying to get me to sign up. Eventually, I got offered the $99 a month for a 6 month commitment deal, so I decided to give it a shot.

To get the deal, I had to talk to someone on the phone - which I found a little odd because of the doctor-office-of-the-future vibe they advertise. Once that was done, I downloaded the app and signed in to set up my baseline appointment.

One of the reasons that I signed up was because there is an office near me (Newport Beach). I wanted the baseline to be in person so that I could meet my doctor, get a thorough physical, and see the future of medicine in person. Unfortunately, the first appointment available was 3 weeks away. With no other options, I booked it.

After setting up the appointment on the app, there's literally nothing else you can do with it. I assume that once you finish your baseline visit you can access stuff. The website doesn't even have a login option, so there's also nothing there. Basically, you're totally in the dark until your baseline visit. I expected some sort welcome package in the mail, but nothing has arrived.

I received various text messages and emails leading up to the first visit, including one the night before with detailed directions. I began my 12 hour fast and went to bed. When I woke up, there was a voicemail that my appointment was canceled and that I would need to reschedule. This was a few hours before my appointment. Do they not have on-call doctors to fill in?

When I called back, it was just an automated service so I could not reach the person who had left the message (they did not leave an extension). I also responded to the last email they sent and have not received a reply.

When I went on the app and clicked contact, nothing happened. When I clicked the reschedule button, it only allowed me to set up a virtual visit. The first blood work appointment available was in 2 weeks and the first baseline virtual visit was 2 days after that.

So, I will have made 2 payments before I even get my baseline visit (about 40 days after my first payment) AND it won't be the in person visit that I wanted. I also will not be surprised one bit if something changes with these appointments.

One thing for sure though, my payments will be taken out on time, and surely it will be very difficult to cancel at the end of the 6 month trial period. Seems to me the billing should not begin until the day of your baseline as you don't actually have access to the service until then.

If I'm lucky, I'll get 2 visits in my 6 month period. The future of doctoring does not look promising.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a “medical office”. The amount of carelessness and absolute lack of responsibility to even approve my cardiovascular medication is jaw dropping. They’re super attentive and responsive until they get your money and you become member. Once that’s done forget about it. Complete SCAM!

Honestly a really cool place and bringing primary healthcare into the 21st century. Besides the polished enhancements of the facility and how they take basic biometrics, they also have a very wholistic view on how health is looked at. We're talking about mental health, blood work, checking for vitamin D deficiency, potential genetic factors, and an app to keep all your data with you as well as the notes generated for you at your office visit. The app also helps you have regular check ins, a spot for symptom tracking, and helps you better coordinate your heath needs in an easy to access spot.

I’m glad I decided to join forward I was very hesitant at first to even sign up. The DR. I had for my baseline appointment was excellent in explaining my health concerns. Also was very Pleasant and energetic and understanding.

I hate going to the Dr. Mainly because they do not listen to me. I am not a typical patient. Going to Forward was the best decision I have made about my health. I liked it because we went over everything in detail and I have a clear picture of my current health. Also the Dr.listened to what I had to say and included me in my medical decisions. Give it a try!

I recently signed up for Forward and had a baseline visit (I.e. The first visit). The experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Blood results are provided during the session and the doctor took time to review the results and to discuss strategies and protocols for optimisation. All in all it took 1 hour. Very pleased so far.

I was not really sure what to expect. The first thing I noticed as I entered forward, was how clean and modern it looked. It was so easy to check in and do the body scan. When I went into my room, a blood sample was drawn. I was shocked to get the results back in less than an hour. It was amazing to listen to the doctor and view the huge screen with all the information I gave to her and or she shared with me.

Sleek and modern facility, very well designed for privacy amd efficient care. Friendly and professional staff greet you and escort you through their process, always taking the time to explain what’s going on and why. The doctors are similarly disposed, clearly guiding you through their process and the reasoning behind their decisions and recommendations. All in all, it makes for a refreshing and pleasant experience, very much unlike most medical facilities I’ve been to.
