Amazing Communication with management and easy process when leasing. Also really enjoyed the hospitality.

We moved here in March 2023, First of all they showed me an apartment, on the second floor, because the one I wanted on the first floor wasn’t ready! The second floor unit was nice and everything new, since I have a 4 year old I didn’t wanted to take the one on the second floor! Ok I ending up moving in into a first floor apartment the same day of the moving, I didnt get to see the apartment before the moving date! I was in shocked the first day we moved in, everything is so old, the floor is so old they only painted over it! And they told me they can’t do anything about my floor! The blinds fall off since the first day in my room, leaving room and kitchen! My room doors were so old and will get stock, I had it to make the report so the guy who does the service can come and fixed them! And the apartments have roaches and they dont tell you! I’m very disappointed! My 4 years old baby fell off my room window, about 8 feet high! 3 weeks ago, because the screen windows, they are so old, thank god my son is ok, because I took him to the er room, and thank god nothing broke and he is ok, but trust me it was so scary! The Ac didn’t work for like 4 days until they got a new one, wich it doesn’t even cool enough! I’m so disappointed of this place, I know sometimes in this situation we want to save some money, but please folks before everything, we need to search all the Yelps rewiews and feet back of the apartments!

Let me begin by saying I'm writing this review 2 YEARS after leaving this residence, 2 YEARS! My experience leaving this property back in 2021 was far less than a simple one, legal was involved, a breach of privacy, evasive property management, etc. Yesterday, I received an email from Prime Group asserting that there existed a balance on my ledger from 2 years ago. I was naturally confused, but after closely examining the itemized statement, there existed charges that I felt would incorrectly applied.

Ly Berry, the Regional Manager contacted me personally to address my concern and walk me through all elements of the statement. She did further investigation into my concern of incorrectly applied charges and was able to remove them considering a work order I had submitted prior to moving out that was never addressed. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me feel seen, heard, and validated in my perspective. I have never had any contact with Ly prior to this interaction, yet she treated me like we had already established a great deal of rapport nonetheless. You very seldom receive help from management that seeks to be solution oriented to those who aren't current tenants, and haven't been for 2 years. She is exemplary at her position and invests a great deal of time and effort to connect with people, that much I can tell.

Just moved in, seems to be a wonderful community filled with families and students. Love the pool as well.

Such a clean an quiet place to live. I’m thankful for such great management here and the residents are very friendly.

From start to finish they were there for me with every phone call and email to make sure all my question and needs were accommodated!

He has a great attitude, pleasant personality, knowledgable and just the type I want to speak to if I'm gonna pay over 20k for a unit that I won't own.

The apartment building is located right next to a warehouse. The noise is loud enough to keep us up all night long. The windows are so thin they provide no insulation or noise cancellation. This makes it especially hard for kids to sleep through the night.

Fountain Park apartment, has given me the opportunity to live comfortably in one of its apartments, giving me the best possible care in whatever is needed. 100% recommended.

I very rarely leave reviews. But it was the worst experience of staying at the fountain park apartment. My apartment was flooded twice after the rain and we lived in the apartment for several days with a wet carpet after which the smell appeared, also we waited a very long time for the carpet to be replaced. The management company did not respond to my requests.

Place is amazing. Safe and good amenities. Leasing process was swift and the staff (Irina) were excellent in answering all my questions throughout the smooth leasing process. Would definitely recommend it!

Yolanda, Irina, and Oscar were very helpful in the move in process. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They were very patient and efficient with any questions I had throughout the application process. Overall they’re a great staff and I’m glad I found fountain parks apartments.

I am happy with the decision to move in here. The team is very helpful. Irina and Oscar helped me move in to the apartment in a very swift fashion. I had documents ready and provided them instantly and they both did a fantastic job in executing the paperwork, background check and approval quickly. I have rented a studio and I am happy with the place. Apartment was and is neat and so are the surroundings. Maintenance does a good job in responding and on acting on requests. Location is great and central as key places to visit, per my requirements, are by close distance. Although, I do feel the rent is higher. Overall a great choice and experience.

Yolanda is the best landlord in the world I know. Yolanda and her management team are the best in the world! They are professional, helpful, and wonderful. Their administrative are super friendly, helpful, and efficient! They made you sure that you deserve the best service and help in the world!
