I really like everything about his property. Great location close to everything that you need. Management on top of everything. Nice community and new onsite laundry. Glad to be part of this community.

Excellent apartment to stay with family. All the essential service are available, nearby Park recreation with play area for kids. Great location, maintenance, response from management staff to personal concerns.

Highly recommend this place, Esmeralda is very helpful at assisting you with anything and everything that is needed.

Folks are courteous and friendly. Place is clean and there are plenty of places to safely social distance. 100% recommended.

We moved in 2 years ago, and has been a nice place to live so far. Today, we asked for a check of our gas range and Salomon came by, fixed. Customer Service is great and property management have exceeded all my expectations. The apartment complex is clean and the new porter have been doing a great job keeping the property clean.

My experience here at Villas has been nothing pure excellence. They are very informative, helpful and understanding. Make you feel like they care beyond the lease agreement. I would recommend Villas to anyone. It's a great place to live.

I'm a current resident at Villas. I'm giving 5* just because Yolanda Hernandez was able to solve the problem that I had been having at my apartment. I was not happy with Rosa or Rosie attitude "if you're not happy here just move". Rosa you are on the wrong career. I am not moving out. Thank you Yolanda and maintenance guys.

The maintenance guy does really great work. Highly recommended. Hes work is impeccable and hes extremely professional.

I was greeted warmly by Irina and she remembered me when I came back w/my application. She and Yolanda in the front office are always prompt, courteous, and so very nice whenever I have an issue or complaint, and the maintenance men always come almost immediately. The apartments are clean, quiet, and centrally located, and I've been very satisfied with my stay here.

On several occasions the office had asked me to write a review for them, but on this occasion the property manager deserves it, for showing her humility and kindness by helping her maintenance staff removing pool furniture and organize new furniture. When are you getting new BBQ?

Great Place and very convenient to my work.easy access to grocery stores & freeways. Management are super nice. Yolanda is the best manager this complex ever had. Any issue you have is fixed within 24hrs. Complex is very clean. I definitely, will recommend this complex. I lived in this place for many years and I really enjoyed it.
