This is definitely one of the best luxury hotels to stay at in Beverly Hills.
My family and I stayed here a few months ago well vacationing in California and the rooms were very clean and bright with amazing views of the Hollywood sign. They also have an amazing restaurant attached to the hotel that you can get room service from almost all day long. This is a very lovely hotel!

This place is not the best Four Seasons I’ve stayed in, however it is definitely a good experience.

Not a top one because they had construction in nearby rooms that they hadn’t disclosed online.

Still 4 stars because they responded super promptly and openly to our concerns about it. The front desk managers as well as the officers were extremely nice, helpful - that’s a five star experience in my opinion.

The spa - disappointing. Would not go back for any service. I had a gel manicure and a facial, and they both were average. The manicure - they actually had to redo altogether because they had used old polish that bubbled and wouldn’t dry lol. They did adjust the price without me even asking.

So bottom line - nice property, great service and good people, but too many issues that need addressing.

Plush lobby and professional staff. They allowed my family to stay in the lobby for a few hours to get out the cold and gave us information regarding homeless shelters. Appreciate it.rides in front to motivate you as well. This place is elegant! We will be returning as Millionaires! I promise!

The customer service and hospitality is great. I highly recommend the stay, food, and experience here. The outside area and restaurant is clean with a positive staff.

The baby reveal party was absolutely wonderful. The food and drink service was excellent. I couldn't decide what to drink when I arrived, so our server recommended I try a "Sidecar". I've never had one before and it was delicious. BTW.it's a boy!

Stayed here for 1 week in July and was expecting top-notch service given the reviews and popularity of this hotel, but the experience was very underwhelming. Included a breakfast package for the stay at the Culina restaurant, but the service and food was very ordinary and plain and not the food you would expect at a Four Seasons. The coffee was cold. The waiters kept asking every few minutes about how the food was, which became annoying after a period. Also, the house car was only available on the weekends and was fully booked, while we were expecting it to be available given the information on the website. Also, a Rolls-Royce was not available, which are amenities you are paying for and would enjoy. When interacting with the valet, they did not even provide other solutions, since the house car was not avaliable. We booked 2 suite rooms, but upon entrance the safe-box, lighted mirror, and faucet drainage system were dysfunctional. However, they were prompt in fixing, but one does not expect such problems upon entry into the room. Furthermore, upon day of departure we booked a transportation service to the airport with the concierge, but the transportation never showed up and was informed very late that there are non available, even though we booked it a day before. Also, the lobby of the hotel is underwhelming, as there is not much seating areas. Also, there were no amenities such as coffee, drinks, or snacks which were provided at the Ritz-Carlton. The rooms seemed renovated, but the bathrooms and lobby were very dated. As a usual Ritz-Carlton customer, the Four-Season experience was not up to par with its standard and the Ritz-Carlton, given this hotel is 5-star and has numerous awards. Lastly, it was not worth the $900+ / per night / room and recommend to stay at other properties such as the Beverly Hills Hotel. The hotels location is not as good as the Wilshire or Waldorf Astoria. It takes about a 25 min walk to Rodeo Drive and the hotel is hidden a bit in a residential area with not much action. Lastly, there was no personal experience, hospitality, or even warming interactions with the employees that one would expect at a 5 star Hotel. Was not pleased at all and will not be staying here again. Lastly, the staff took very long on our orders, over an hour, for amenity kits and special pillows that were available upon request.

I was visiting my family in Beverly Hills and my sister's apartment was in walking distance of the Four Seasons Hotel. We decided last minute to get dessert and my sister suggested Culina, the restaurant at the Four Seasons, and my goodness I was so impressed! The service was impeccable and welcoming. The desserts were spectacular and the ambience was relaxing and beautiful. It was one of the best endings of a family vacation and overall best experiences at a restaurant in general. I highly recommend going to Culina! If I had stayed in town later, we would have definitely tried their dinner and/or brunch! 7/5 stars!

Our friend sent us the wrong address of her house one time and we showed up here. The concierge was very friendly however and helped us sort out that mess. They also offered us some free canned water! Unique experience.

I'm a florist and set up and several different hotels for parties and I will tell that Four Seasons Beverly Hills employees are by far the kindest and most helpful to us that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of doing this.

This is one of my favorite luxury hotels to stay at. I'm in the middle of working on a script and 2 albums. My new agent booked me a suite. The room, bedding and the ambiance is top notch. When I get signed with a Producer I expect to book a higher tier suite for my birthday. Until then may I congratulate the management in for their fine service. GigiGisele

The property and rooms are great, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the service. When I pulled up to check in they were pretty busy so we were not greeted. Checked in where the guy was pretty dismissive about my questions about the rate. Then getting a bellhop, it was very confusing. They seemed confused about what I wanted which was just to take my bags to the room.

Then I asked the concierge about tours of the stars homes and all he had to offer was private tours in an SUV. I don't want to be that intimate with tour guides and the views are better out of bus windows.

Dinner at Culina was not much better. Had a reservation and wanted to sit inside and they sat us at a bar table. Complained and that was the best they could do as suddenly the empty outside tables were spoken for and the real inside dining area was closed. Waitress was very nice and she gets an A for apologies/excuses for being slow. Food was OK.

I think they need to send some of their folks to Bellagio in Vegas to see how service should be done. There, they acted like they were our best friend and wanted to help us get settled into the room with some helpful tips It was all very welcoming, fast and efficient. It won't stop me from staying at other Four Season properties but next time in LA I'll try someplace else.

I don’t think four-seasons need a review! The name shows the class and service you get! Defiantly the best customer service in town!
The pool is nice and clean. Not that much of a good vibe and young people as expected.
Victor at the vale is amazing!
We were here for 2 nights and it was weddings here. Nice to see people dress up nice after Covid:)

Vehemently Suggested! This restaurant features a terrific bed, amazing meals, plenty of amenities, and anything you could desire. I had a lovely experience here as it I needed was provided, and I'm grateful to these folks for making it possible. It was the ideal place for you to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones. Thank you a hundred books over!
