Super slow, no experience guy (working at evening) at checking office he don’t know how to deal. Avoid this place please

Decent staff at shipping.
Waited 4 hrs for door. 3 hours to start loading at door and 1 hr to load me up.

They took almost 10 hrs. After appointment time only for loading 15 skids. Shipper was too rude, zero sense of talking to customer. At least they should hire some professional workers.

The yard and Shipping office are clean. On site washrooms clean too.
BUT this company is well known for pre-selling their product well before it’s off the field. Then, it has to cool naturally before being worked.
This means very long waits/load times! The guy at the checkin just told me he’s got a few trucks waiting 3 days for product and now may not get out until Monday (its Saturday today).
I must stress IT IS NOT THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENTS ISSUE so please don’t be angry at them, it’s the SALES DEPARTMENTS ISSUE!

If the product is here I am sure that they physically load you quickly.

CALL AND CONFIRM PRODUCT AVAILABILITY BEFORE GOING THERE!

Stars for clean atmosphere and restroom otherwise you have to carry your dinner with you …always long wait to get loaded

Pathetic service long waiting hours. Dont know why they make an appt if they dont have product ready. Avoid at all cost.

People who work here are friendly and helpful making our loads easy. I suppose it is a business that will continue to grow, expand and market its products as the green Grape without seeds. In my country, Peru, we call it "Uva de Italia". Sold by Costco, a good quality product.

Nice clean facility, apt was for 3pm, got docked at 6 left at 730. It is what it is, lots of room to maneuver your truck, clean restrooms and you can overnight park if you are in there facility before they close the gates.

Don’t trust about your load wait, they put on my load paperwork gross weight 37620 but my wait near 46000 thousand, so many stupid work here

This is worst place to pick up grapes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Shipping people are always rude. They have 0 communication regarding change in shipping hours. Came here to check in on thanks giving eve and asked me to pulled out my truck as they decided to send their worker home early. We do have our family waiting at home but they don’t care. Hope they change their policy and communicate in future.

Really enjoy picking up here not just because it's close to my home, but it's easy to find plenty of parking and overnight, and they don't leave you backed up to a dock all day

I bought the Pristine green seedless grapes, Today. They looked so healthy delicious. I love, love these. I wont ever buy another brand.
