Affordable but affective lighting options for photographers. I’ve have minimal issues with my three light set up, and the one minor issue I did have the fixed extremely quickly. Good customer service and value.

Three hours and 45 minutes. It took less than 4 hours from the time I emailed Fovitec about a parts replacement request for them to respond, confirm inventory, invoice, AND ship the thing I needed. They did all this to help me get a $10 part. This is the kind of customer service every single company on the planet should aspire to.

I’m seriously in awe. I bought a set of Softbox lighting (working wonderfully for 3 years and counting) and now I’m going to look at their entire catalog to see what else I can buy from them. It took them less than the length of a Directors Cut movie to earn a customer for life. Bravo.

Started off well, and then became rude and unresponsive. Over a $20 replacement piece. Godox just gained a new customer.

Great products! Great value! Great support! I've had a few things break and they quickly replaced with new parts. I also like that they are located in the US.

I own three Interfit S1 strobes, and I love them. For shooting on location, these units offer pretty much everything I need. I do wish there was a better modeling light, but it is not a huge deal for me. I have a plethora of light modifiers, and having the bowens mounts makes the ease of finding affordable options a breeze.

Great customer service. Something I ordered from Amazon had a piece that wasn’t working properly and they reached out to Amazon and are sending me the part! Amazing service!

Steer clear of this shoddy company with very, very poor customer support. Equipment may function for a year, but quickly disintegrates. Customer support is very poor and will not listen to you. If you ask to speak with a manager you will not be connected. There are better companies that sell better products.

This website is a scam! I ordered a recumbent bike for my sons birthday. It never arrived and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone or email (number and email are disconnected). It’s like this business never existed. I am in the process with my bank to hopefully recover the money I spent. Do not spend your money here!

Purchased a octa soft box. Rods were missing. Contacted customer service to resolve issue. No response via phone, email, and social media. Very disappointed.

I was gifted a product from this company. It was purchased through Amazon. It was delivered in prompt fashion but the package contained no directions or product name,
Called the customer service # 3 times in the course of two days. Was asked to leave a voice mail and I would be promptly returned a call. I did so on all 3 efforts and still no response.
