Girls in the reception are really nice and the gynecologist is very professional and I love the is a girl the medical asisten there great and helpful definitely best place I have being for my pap and birth control recommended 100-% thanks to make me feel comfortable

My gf has always came here and said they were nice when I walked her in they were very judgmental of my appearance and started being rude with her now. Well go to planned parenthood now we don't need to be treated like this very unprofessional

FPA Pomona is honestly one of the most wonderful women’s health offices I have ever been to. The staff is incredible. Every time I go, I feel seen, heard, and cared for. Highly recommend.

I don't know how this location has so many good reviews! They literally tell people to rate them high scores I've heard so many bad things about this place gave them a chance and the bad reviews they pay to try to remove are right! Rude nurses dirty bathrooms makes me feel like I'm right in Pomona sad!

I came here and was treated with respect. I love the staff, they're all so helpful and funny. They even called my PCP on my behalf when I was having issues getting a referral for care. They're such a great team!

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is super professional and has always treated me with so much care. Every once in a while there’s a wait, but if you book a first morning appointment your wait time is very minimal. I highly recommend this place! I actually prefer them over seeing my PCD or ObGyn just because of how convenient the appointments are to make online and how quickly I can get an appointment.

The Santa Monica FPA Women's Health Center, has some of the most empathic and professional people I've ever come across. I had 3 visits one virtual and 2 in person. All of which clearly demonstrated how the entire staff can be efficient and caring. I was able to afford all of my medications and procedures. I didn't feel rushed or like a number. I had to give blood and I get a lot of anxiety when I do. The person who did the procedure was super gentle, understanding and the easiest I've ever done. Tip: Go with time. Great quality service takes time to give and deliver with grace. The facility is in a clean and easy to find space. It was easy to social distance from other's and open on Saturdays.

The wait was extremely long. My appointment was at 9: 15 I didn’t get seen until 10: 30 but overall the Dr was very nice & gentle

Procedure went very smooth. The Drs and staff are amazing. The Phlebotomist there is incredible did not feel a thing. Even met the manager and she is awesome. Had a great experience didn’t feel rushed at all. Very clean environment.

Amazing how nice all the staff was. And the Dr was so concerned for my health. She didn't just rush through my appointment. She actually did my procedure and talked to me and was genuinely concerned. I'm so thankful to the office I visited. 10 stars from me. Thank you to everyone who I was blessed to be taken care of by.

All the staff always makes you feel comfortable and are super nice I usually hate doctors but they make you feel comfortable always. I’ve been to there location a few times now and it’s always been the same experience I would definitely recommend the Pomona location all the staff is super nice and helpful.

Dr. Sandy was amazing! I didn’t feel a thing! She helped educate me on different forms of birth control and what might work best for my body. Overall, great experience!

I always feel very comfortable and calm when I go. The staff is super kind and helpful. I’m the type of person to get nervous very easily and even though I still get nervous for the needle when I get blood drawn, it helps that the staff doesn’t make you feel intimidated and are super sweet.

If you go here as a customer don’t even think about giving them a bad review when you do they will refuse to see you ever again. I guess it’s true what the other bad comments are saying they truly pay for good reviews or have thier workers put them
