My parents 70 yo got scam and the manager Asian lady was super rude to them.
Please do yourself favor and don’t step into this store.
They spent $560 and wanted to return 1 product out of 3 while in the shop.
Never got money back.
Bought tow perfumes, both i used to wear it for years.and definitely those were FAKE.stay away
If your fragrance doesn’t smell the same that means that it’s been reformulated so double check before you call it fake companies tend to change because it’s too expensive sometimes and to make more money. They also have great costumer service at this store and great deals they also have freed and Madison Francis
Always do your research and comparison shop before buying anything but if you’re buying certain more expensive colognes or perfumes they’re almost always cheaper here especially if you buy two or more. Their customer service was really good, the gentleman that helped me find something new for myself and one of my kids. I’ve purchased cologne from here several times and I’ve never had issues.
I opened the box to smell the scent I had just bought and realized I didn’t like it that much. I wanted to go return it but since I opened it already I can’t return it. Terrible and don’t ever go there.
I never got his name but the guy with long blonde hair has amazing customer service and good choice in cologne, he steered me and 2 other friends in the right direction when making purchases. Definitely will be back
