Impossible to book. We have been trying to schedule a couples massage for the past month with a Groupon and they constantly reply only through text message saying they have no availability. And their website's booking option never loads. Seems like they are just cashing in on the Groupon deals and never allowing us to actually redeem.

I highly recommend Frais Spa. I think it's the best massage spa in downtown Los Angeles! It was quiet simple for booking, I got a text message after I left a voicemail and it was just simple and quick. And Jennifer is the best massage therapist i ever met. I'll definitely be regular. I normally park at Ralph's (90 mins free parking with receipt) to go to Frais Spa and get a drink after the massage.:)

This review is for Nicky. I've had many massages over my lifetime from my labor intensive jobs and am sooooo impressed by Nicky's technique and service. He customizes everything to your specific body needs, no cookie-cutter massages here. Even though he looks so little and young, his skill set and knowledge of muscles are exceptional. I specifically love how he combines Thai and other style motions/techniques into the sweedish deep tissue. And on top of all of that, he brought that authentic Tiger Balm only available in Thailand to use on me the second time I saw him. Worked wonders. Thank you, I will be back again.

Decided to stop in today for a last minute massage while on vacation with my boyfriend and was not disappointed with this place! Super afford unable for a 30 minute massage and easy to get in quick. I called and the receptionist was awesome. She was able to book is in 30 mins. Totally recommend this for anyone looking in the area!

Thanks to Groupon and my wonderful boyfriend, I had my first massage here at Royal Thai Spa. The whole experience was relaxing and soothing and not in the least uncomfortable. We had a couples massage and I chose for us to upgrade to the aromatherapy massage. The lady said that the traditional Thai massage may make some people sore on their first time because it is a yoga-like stretching massage. That sounded a little like work to me and so I opted for the aromatherapy.

Today is my 2nd facial by Yoon and i felt really cared and my skin is getting better and better after only 2times facial

It's the best facial that I have ever got. You can tell they have very professional staff. The extraction is effective. After the basic facial, my face is much more radiant and soft. The receptionist is nice and offered me great advice as well as promotion packages. It's a wonderful experience.

What an excellent place! The staff were all super friendly! My boyfriend and I did the couple's deep tissue Thai massage and man was that something. My lady, Noy, was quite amazing at getting all the knots out of my back. I must say that it hurt so good, haha. We'll definitely be back:)

The staff paid attention to our every need. My husband, son and I came into the spa last week, for our 2nd visit. Ruth, one of the massage therapists, worked out some of the knots in my back. Dr. Fernandez adjusted my back and neck. Karen, one of the owners, made sure I was hydrated and taken care of before and after my massage and chiropractic work. I absolutely love this place and will come back again and again.
