I usually don’t do reviews. But I feel that I must be honest with those who follow Francine on social media. I was referred by a friend who’s had PDO threads, I must admit that the face & neck lift that my I amezfriend had looks good I i. Francine may be the queen of threads but sure has very little knowledge with injecting fillers and Botox. She wanted me to purchase so much more filler than what I really needed & the Botox turned out to be too little on one side and not enough on other areas. As for the fillers goes, she injected too much on one side and even amount on the other. I have one area that’s very obvious that there’s too much product. I spoke with the assistant and she explained that I was experiencing swelling and to give it 2? Weeks for the swelling to disappear. Here I am 3 weeks later and the area looks the same. Extremely disappointed…. 2 stars for courtesy

The office is beautiful and her staff are professional and courteous. I am so ecstatic of the results. I just turned 50 and was looking for a subtle glow up & she helped me achieve that. This office is one of my favorite, the receptionists and the hospitality they provide is like no other. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable before treatment. Francine is the absolute best at what she does. I’ve been seeing her for almost 3 years. I’ve had many procedures, from Botox to under eye filler to lip injections (the best lips ever) and I just started the weight loss shots. I can’t wait to get my facial threads. I forgot to mention, Francine is the most gentle injector I’ve had. I’ve never felt a thing nor have I looked like I’ve been overly done. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Francine & staff
