I brought my car to them after a rear end accident. They did a great job fixing the damage to my car. I would highly recommend them.

I was involved in an accident, the at fault parties insurance company recommended this place for estimate and repairs. I drove my car to their shop as the damage is to both the front and back bumpers. I had not driven the car since the accident before this because I wasn't sure what damage mayy lie underneath. After my car being at Francis for a few days for an estimate. I received a call telling me I had to pay $375 to put my car back together. They had removed the bumpers etc. I showed up and paid the ransom money to get my car back. Only to learn the car now isn't drivable and had to get a tow truck to get it home. When the tow truck arrived at my home. I was utterly in shock to find nothing had been put back on the car. The bumpers bolts brackets etc were all inside the car! What did they make me pay almost 400 for? I've never been charged for an estimate before and I don't feel like I was treated fairly or with care or respect. I'm totally on shock by the way they are doing business

All the workers were very professional. The front desk made sure to attend quick and made everything go smoothly. They were done within the time they told me they were and were even nice enough to hold it an extra day because I couldn’t make it because I had class. The work that they did on the car was Amazing! When I brought in my Camaro the front right drivers side was scrapped so bad and pushed back the door so it wouldn’t open I was worried on how it would come out and if the paint was going to match but everything came out perfect! Kevin did a great job fixing it up I loved the work he did on it. My brother needs some work done on his truck I am definitely going to recommend coming to see this place and Kevin! Thanks to everyone at francis you guys rock.

Got into a car accident, and the team at Francis Collision was friendly and helpful. Not only was the reception area very welcoming, but the service team made quick work of the repairs. I got my car back faster than estimated, and good as new!

We were rear ended and Francis Collision made our accident slightly easier. They were very professional. We were given updates during the entire process from drop off to completion via text. Our estimator Baeley was very patient and thorough. When our car was ready to be picked up they even sent a shuttle to lick me up. The driver, Sean was super kind and personable. He made the trip to the shop enjoyable. I would definitely use this shop again in the future.

He made sure my vehicle gets repaired 1 day earlier than target. That’s amazing! Very thankful and grateful for his efforts. Almost everyday I receive a repair update via sms and twice got a phone call from the courteous staff informing me that my insurance has approved repair and also when car was repaired and ready for pickup. I got rear ended on the freeway which left my 2021 Acura with ugly scratches, which ultimately made the car lose its beauty. Do not use these people. They have had my car in the shop for over 5 weeks and they keep pushing the completion date back. I was told my car would be done by 12pm on 1-26-23 and yet here we go again maybe it will be done on Monday the adjuster tells me. Asked for a rental until it’s done and ronnie gets angry and says no, horrible customer service. Original completion date was 1-12-23 pushed back to 1-18-23 and pushed back to 1-25-23 and pushed back to 1-26-23 and pushed back again to 1-30-23 and that is still not guaranteed. What a headache these people are.

I was very happy with the service that was provided. My doors look band new! In addition to my doors repaired, my car was vacummed and washed- it was very clean on the inside. I was very Happy!

This is a horrible place to take your vehicle. They are unorganized and unresponsive. I didn’t get my quote even after 1 month of bringing in my car! They blamed AAA and then told my insurance company they had tried getting a hold of me but couldn’t. They told me they were understaffed that’s why it was taking awhile but I had to keep calling and never got an estimate. I had to call AAA after a month of this mess and go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here. There are so many better places to go.

Great customer service, I got into an accident and they were able fix my on a short amount of time. They got my car in and out in no time.

This is the second time I've had my car repaired with Francis through GIECO. Their repair work is flawless.it looks brand new!

Initially I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get my rear fixed. It turned out to be a month and 4 days! The only communication from Francis Collision was through text and I was not given a reason why it kept being pushed back. I would not recommend Francis Collision unless you are willing to wait a month for your car.

Horrible experience! This place has been around long enough to know how to do business. They first made me wait three months for an appointment and then when they started the repairs, they gave me a date repairs would be done and kept extending it. When we called them out on it they finished some of the work but not all of it and tried to charge us full price. They started repairs that they were not supposed to repair and that I didn’t sign off on and charged us for that as well. The car wasn’t completed and we asked for a manger he never came out and they didn’t give us the key. Don’t go to this joke of a shop!

I am super pleased and impressed with everything about this company I Went through my car insurance for a claim and turned my car in for repairs on a Thursday, and was ready by the following Wednesday! Drew Was the one helping me & he was super cordial and nice! The ladies over the phone and at the front desk were very pleasing to speak to whenever I had questions. Communication was awesome and they gave me all the updates with my car. I highly recommend this company!

Very unprofessional and took a month and a half to get our son's mirror cover replaced. If we hadn't gone through our insurance company we would have went somewhere else but rest assured insurance or not we will NEVER go here again. To top it off our son paid them for the part and then they refused to give him his money back after the insurance paid for the repair in full. This is fraudulent business practice.

Francis Collision Centre is an amazing shop, they had my vehicle in and out within a week. The communication between shop and customer is great and made me feel informed and included on what was going on with my vehicle. During a stress filled time they made me feel at peace.
