My family has been coming here for years, and we have never experienced any of the issues some reviews have mentioned. Staff is always friendly. If you arrive early or on time for your appointment they actually see you on time, or early. Referrals have always been approved timely. They answer any questions, and are easy to get in touch with. Dr. Jackie is very patient and transparent, we truly feel she cares about us. We always walk out knowing the next steps.

First of all I wanna state that Dr Recalde is great, she’s professional and kinda she deserves 5 starts.however her office staff is completely incompetent. Iv called the office numerous times over the course of weeks now trying to get them to contact my insurance to get the correct referral number so I can go see a specialist.one time I called 30min before they closed, (because that was the soonest I could call because I was at work all day) i was then put on hold for 15min which they then hang-up on me, when I called back they did the same thing AGAIN to me until it would go straight to voicemail because they where then closed. Iv called numerous times were they’d say they would call me right back but then never do so. Now when I call it just goes to voicemail. My mind is blown and I’m so incredibly frustrated at how unprofessional the office staff is here. Your job is to answer clients calls and assist them with their medical bookings and insurance issues not blow them off Bev you don’t feel like doing your job. If you’re looking for a supportive doctors office that’s gonna help you with your medical needs in a timely fashion (or at all) this is not the place for you.

I really really wish I could give this place negative stars. And I do not say that lightly. The front staff and in particular, their "referral specialist" are wildly incompetent. It's actually sad. My physician was great. And this review is not a reflection of the competency of the doctor I saw. But my God, the front office is the worst I've ever encountered. They have wasted 6 months of my time (waiting for one referral) simply due to their negligence. So if you were assigned this doctor or are looking for a physician, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I really cannot stress this enough.

I personally never leave reviews but I had a good experience. I felt they were very fast and straight to the point. No waiting around. I went in for an annual check up and they did all the test I needed plus had my blood drawn so it made it easier and saved me time. They called me the next day to tell me my blood results came back normal. Overall I liked how fast they were and the doctor is a women so it made me feel comfortable.

I am a new patient. I made my appointment and only had the weight a few days.

When I arrived they did the Covid protocol before I entered.

The receptionness was very nice and helpful as I was new.

The full technician was very polite and professional.

I met with the physicians assistant Madison. She was very nice, attentive and thorough in my medical history review. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

It was an overall really good experience and the location was accessible as I utilized public transportation.

Horrible service! Avoid this clinic if you can. They will take longer then a month to process a referral. The doctors are good, but the administration staff make this place look terrible.

I had the worst experience of customer service, iam 58 years old, I spent 2 hours on a bus to get to this office, not to mention the Friday before I had blood drawn on for my appointment, I left with 4 cotton balls on my arms and wrist from attempted blood draw, I was very respectful about it, I didn't comment about it, they had to send in another blood draw tech. When I came in for my appointment, my bus was running behind about 5 min, when I arrived for my appointment, I was treated disrespectfully and was told it would have to reschedule my appointment I was 13 min late come on, I was still turned away, if you want to be disrespected by a young staff who doesn't care about you this is the place to go
