5Great place to practice music with your band or solo, studios are spacious and affordable. Great place to do studio recording, listen to live music. If you need a musician for your band, an audio engineer, a music teacher, record your music etc. I'm sure you can find really good ones in here.
We have a lock out studio here and are there everyday. The Mgt. Is cool and the place is kept pretty clean. There's a freight elevator in the garage area to pak all your gear into and get it up to as far as the 3rd floor. Bathroom on both floors with vending machines for drinks and chips.

I'm from Tucson AZ. Visiting another complex in another city was great. Love walking into the blue halls and hearing all the music from the bands
Been renting a room there for a few years. A little pricey, but its a good spot to bunk down with a band and make some noise.
