Francisco's Mexican Deli

Francisco’s Deli has some spot-on tortillas that are freshly made. These are not your Mission or Guerrero tortillas that fall apart when you are about to bite in. Although, they are not perfectly shaped, they have the flavor and crunch that makes them mouth-wateringly delicious.

I have gone on multiple occasions and have been impressed by the food quality whether that is the caldo de pollo, birria tacos etc.

They even hooked me up with the sides when I had the caldo de pollo.

I recommend giving this authentic hole-in-the-wall a try when you are in Vista.

Prices are astronomical, I could tell in the flavor that, the meat is old, The don’t put any love on the cooking, all the food flavor is flat and old, Panda Express is cheaper and made with actual recipes.don’t eat the barbacoa is disgusting

Very different at the ways before tastes almost same not the real flavor like 10 years ago.

Best Tacos! The corn tortillas are made fresh right when you order. The service and food is on point! The soups are absolutely amazing as well.pretty much everything on the menu is awesome! Little hidden gem in Vista, CA. Small parking lot but definitely worth the walk if you had to park down the steet.

Went last week. Great food, great service, had the menudo and oh my God it was amazing. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Francisco's Deli.

Terrible quality, flavor and others.
I got a wire in the menudo wow what a bad quality also very expensive so that they don't serve you from your tables I thought it was micjocan style but I'm really not from apatzingan that disgusting lady ana put a stop on this I will never come back the yellow lemon is not for that food
