I had left a box cutter in pants. Part of the blade got stuck in the drum. Frankie showed up on time. Took the washer apart and removed the drum. He could have said that it caused damage and charged me more. He was honest with his work and labor cost. I couldn't be happier with choosing him. T. Lacy
