PATIENTS BEWARE: FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES! AVOID THIS DENTAL PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! I've been going there for 18 months, and they have demonstrated a pattern of engaging in fraudulent billing practices. In October 2022, they made me pay a co-pay for my cleaning. I later found out that my dental insurance covers 100% of preventive services. My account was showing a credit balance, but they did not refund me automatically. Rather, I had to figure this out on my own and ask for a refund on my credit card. They were unable to do so, and I had to wait for them to cut a paper check. When I went in for a cleaning a few weeks ago, they tried to do the same exact thing. I told them to bill my insurance, and sure enough, it was 100% covered (which they can easily check on their end). I went in on 10/31 for a few fillings. They told me my co-pay was $250. When my insurance processed the claim, my co-pay was only $176, so they overcharged me by $74. Of course, I have yet to hear from them and had to check this on my own. They also charge a 4% fee for paying by credit card, despite it being their preferred payment method. Time for me to find a new dentist!

I have been going to Franklin Dental for over a decade and have had only great experiences. Everyone is friendly, they get me in quickly if I have something come up that needs attention, and they have excellent attention to detail. I know my teeth are in good hands!

I love this practice! Everyone is professional, thorough, and no drama. Dr. Patterson is the best dentist I’ve had in my entire 60+ life and all the hygienists are excellent. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Best dentist I’ve been to in my 33 year life. Doctor Patterson is the most thorough dentist I’ve worked with. The hygienists really take their time to make sure they give you a good and thorough cleaning. I’ve had 6+ dentists in my life and the care that I get here far exceeds any other dentist that I’ve been to.
