I have never been disappointed with this shop. I have even researched to see if I could find it at a lower price, Franklin's came up as my best avenue. I have been coming to Franklin's for years and have built up a trust in their service. I send all my family to Franklins and any friend that needs a trust worthy mechanic. Thank you Franklins.

This was the first time I took my car to Franklin's, having been referred by friends. They were able to get me in the following day and diagnose the noises I told them about and fix them in less than a day at a very reasonable cost.

I'm a new customer and needed help with sensors that indicate problems with your tires. Franklin's was fast and efficient. I was very pleased with the cost for the job. And, I'm glad to find a repair service so close to were I live.

I went to AutoZone first to use there gizmo to get a code for my engine light that was on. Code P2004 Ford Focus 2005. My son and I were going to attempt from a YouTube video we found but we needed more space. Found this gem through a neighborhood survey. Going to be my go to place from now on. I called Franklin's Auto Care because I was tired of dealing with Dealerships and extremely long wait times to get in. He got me in that day for my emergency and then scheduled the other non-emergency items to fit their schedule. That is quality service. I will be back with all of my vehicles.

Franklin's has been taking care of our cars for years- Toyota and Ford. Whether it is routine maintenance, replacing the tie rod on our Ford Explorer, or the brake booster on our Tacoma, they get it done. Reasonable price, good and honest mechanics. You won't go wrong with Franklin's.

It was 3: 00 PM on September 8,2023. My GMC Truck started missing, my engine light started flashing and I driving between business stops about 20 miles away from Franklin Auto location. I was able to pull into their shop about 3: 00 PM. One of the owners came out and I still had the engine running so I showed him the flashing red engine light. He turned around, went into a repair BAY and came back with a hand-held engine analysis meter. In less than 5 minuted it showed the #2 cyclinder was not firing. He looked my auto HISTORY in his computer, it showed my 113,000 miles required Spark Lugs replaced, wires and this failure verified the need to upgrade all eight spark plugs. To my amazement he said he could replace these before closing which was 5: 00 PM. At 5: 15 PM, I was driving home in my truck that showed a smooth and much improved acceleration than before. Walter and his crew are great! Honesty and experience are two qualities I look for in a place like this and here I found them in abundance! I hated dealing with service centers at the dealers and after being at Franklins I’ll never buy service packages again! I’ll just take my vehicle to these folks!
