I read Spirit Radio's Facebook post about Frank's Automotive. I liked what it had to say. I called and spoke to a friendly representative. I scheduled a oil change. I received a confirmation email and text. I drove to my appointment. I was greeted by a nice friendly person. I gave him my keys. He offered a water bottle or coffee. I went in a nice waiting room. Since it was in the morning, I had wished I brought a pillow and a blanket and a bowl of cereal. The waiting room just felt like you were home. I received emails about the work they were doing and it asked for my approval to do the work. Once it is complete, you return to the counter and you are shown pictures and told what work is needed or not needed at the time. I made my payment, got my keys and drove off with my "Stellar". The car felt good. I showed my husband my invoice, he looked at it and said, that's not bad. The work that was done for the price that was paid is good! I want to say thank you to the gal I talked to on the phone, to Cesar that helped me with a smile, the guys that worked on my car, Yvonne who was nice to check on me in the waiting room to see if I needed something, to Andy for creating a company where I can trust to bring in my car and a place where we can comfortably wait. A+ and 100% the best!

Took my 2015 dodge challenger to Ceasar at Frank's automotive, he diagnosed that I needed a new engine got it done and now my car runs amazing, they even washed my car, I would not go anywhere else!

I had an A/C problem, I contacted Frank’s Automotive and was able to confirm my appointment by phone with a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. I was impressed by the outside and inside appearance of the shop, very clean, neat, and organized. Ceasar was able to diagnose the problems in a timely manner, and keep me posted on the status of their progress, via emails, texts, and phone conversations. Yes, very user friendly to interact with. I was notified when my car was ready to be picked up and it was waiting out front for me when I got there. I received an invoice via email. A few days later I was contact by Andy the Technician, to make sure the A/C was still working satisfactorily, and Yes it is operating better than ever. Frank’s did a Fantastic job on my vehicle, and I would highly recommended them to anyone who appreciates quality repairs and service.

I have always had great experiences here and they are triple AAA rated so that saves me money I would highly recommend them.

These guys took good care of me in repairing my pickup. They sent videos and photos of what they found wrong with my car. They provided a shuttle. They're very courteous and always spoke kindly and asked me if I wanted water to drink. You can't beat service like that.

Took our 2015 Traverse to Frank’s, A/C was not cooling properly. We were met by a friendly well organized, and knowledgeable staff. At a very clean shop. Our vehicle was diagnosed, parts were ordered, estimate was given, repairs were done, car was returned with the A/C working like new, all in a timely manner.

Recently I had an experience at a local dealership. I ended up towing my vehicle to Frank's and they had my vehicle driving safely down the road very quickly, unlike a delearship in Visalia.

To me choosing an auto shop is like choosing Day care. I want the best service for my vehicle. I make sure my kids get taken care of and same for transportation that's why I keep returning to Frank's their honest and don't rip you off.they tell you up front and don't hide issues. In a world gone mad it’s so nice to see honest friendly faces! I found it a pleasant experience! They are honest and trust worthy and well worth the price! They didn’t gauge me! They fixed the problem without adding on false issues, which is so common when women go to the repair shop alone! Thank you Franks!

Customer care is excellent my vehicle is currently back at the shop at this time due to a new problem. All and all very excellent care and great people.

My engine light came on and started flashing. I called Franks and they sent over a tow truck right away. Then they were in constant contact with Kia where I finally had to have it towed but Franks kept me in the loop. Such great service!
