Amazing place, I was in there with a problem on my bike. This guys fixed it in 15 minutes other places I was told it would take a week! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend frank’s bike shop for all your bikes needs

Went in for a flat tire and they weren’t even dealing with flat tires, I was left stranded and had to call a uber to pick me up. My bmx got a flat and they couldn’t even fix a flat tire.

Shout out to Frank and Angie. I brought in my road bike that hasn't been used in a couple of years. While doing the pre-inspection for my tune up, I was told that one of my shifters was no good. While I waited, he tried and tried, but no success. He let me know that he would adjust the derailleurs, so that at least gear ratio wouldn't be too tough. He also told me that it would be a couple of hours before I got it back. Not only did he complete the tune up faster than he quoted me, but he also let me know that he was able to fix the bad shifter. Saving me "$200 plus. " Now that's service. He earned my business.

Great service and prices. Frank was very attentive and we ended up buying 4 bikes. Walking in here I felt like a kid at the Schwim Bike store, Not too many bike shops anymore. Franks Bike Shop also does tire repairs and has other parts for bikes.

Dont waste your time or money here. Rude lies about price, all around bad service.too lazy to even get off the counter he was leaning on asked me to pick up the bike to bring the tire closer to his face instead of walking around the counter told me the back tire would be different then the front. When i showed him they come in sets online from the distributor he asked me to buy him 2 awful service

Been price checking to take my pinarello road bike to have my inner tubes changed and I’ve gone to Jax bicycle and performance bicycle and both were charging around $22-25 dollars each wheel so I came across franks bike shop he was attentive and got the work done at the spot they charged me at a reasonable price $15 each wheel with inner tube and installation they also removed the inner tube to show me that it had a leak for common courtesy from possible thorn or staple. I spent around $30 in total for everything quick and easy.thanks frank! I will be bringing my business to you for now on!

I brought in my bike requesting tuneup and to check the tires as they were flat. I picked up my bike, never riding it and placed it in my garage. A week later I went to take it out for a family ride and the back tire was completely flat. I called the bike shop and explained what happened and he stated that the tire held air. How can you detect a slow leak due to a small hole or bad valve? When I was 10 I learned to take off my tire, fill the tube with air and place it in a bucket of water to see where it bubbled.
Waste of time and $65.00.

I was looking for bicycle shop around my neighborhood and I came across franks bike shop and right away when I walked in the owner attended me even though dealing with other customers and I needed my bicycle to be tuned up and got it back feeling like if I just purchased it at the store running smooth and shifting with ease the owner also went out of his way cleaning my bicycle when I sure knew I needed one I’ll forsure be coming back and letting my friends know about the store so they can experience the same enjoyment I have for my bike thank you again Frank!

He did my tune ups for my bike twice and they Break at the same part i don’t recommend letting him do tune ups.

They gave me options on how to pay, which was helpful. All three guys who worked there were cool, understanding about what I needed and wanted done. They even sent a kind of follow-up email

Does not have professional experience. Lazy customer service. Maintenance on my bike was horrible, had to visit a professional bike store. Prices are ridiculous, compared to other local bike shops. Aside from this, the guy made a racist remark toward Mexicans. Very offended. Definitely will NOT visit this unprofessional shop again. Do not make business or waste your time with this guy.

Hate that place with a passion. I am never going back there. He ripped me off.fist he gave a tube that deflated the next day and then the second tube he gave me (which he charged $7) cannot be pumped with the normal pumps at the gas station. And the best part is this tube looser air everyday, little by little.

This guy charged me 14 bucks for an innertube and the next day charged me 7 bucks.

A week later i bought another innertube from him, turned out to be the wrong size and when i tried to return it with a receipt the same day at the very same hour i bought it he told me he didnt remember me coming in and buying it.

He hesitated taking back the tire saying "it looks used".
