Fixed my vacuum quickly and they have great prices. Very friendly staff that explains the repairs and will let you know if it’s even worth fixing.

This place rocks, Andy is the man! Honest and strait forward! My Hoover was lagging in power, he replaced the belt, which had become as loose as a moose! Total cost $5.00 Take that inflation!

Brought in an old Dyson that was broken to see if it was worth fixing - guys there couldn’t have been more honest with me regarding the state of it and how it would be a waste of money to have it fixed. They didn’t push me on some other products and they also gave me a free spare piece in the back to somewhat fix it and make it functional again. They didn’t charge me for the piece and just told me to keep them in mind if I needed assistance in the future. My vacuum is now workable but I think I’ll be there soon to buy a new one either way. Thanks again Frank’s! Really appreciate the honesty cuz I probably would’ve wasted money anyways

Old fashioned service and honesty! I came in thinking I needed to replace the head on our Miele vacuum cleaner because the brushes on the hardwood floor side had completely worn down. But rather than just sell me the expensive replacement, the guys showed me that while the original head had a base plate of metal, the newer, replacement models now had plastic. They suggested I keep the old head, which still works great on carpet, and get a replacement head solely for hardwood floors. It was cheaper, comparatively well made, and featured large brushes and a nice swivel piece. I followed their advice and the new piece works spectacularly. Yeah, it's a bit of a pain to carry the separate head to different rooms, but it works so much better than the dual action head that it's more than worth it. And again, considerably cheaper. Excellent advice, always great service.

It seems you either have a really good experience here or a bad one. I unfortunately did not have a positive one.

I called in to see if I could do a curbside pick up for a pack of Miele vacuum bags because I just got covid in addition to a new Miele vacuum cleaner. I wanted to buy local instead of on amazon.

When I asked the man on the phone, (the owner I am guessing), he put me on hold for a few minutes then came back to say that he was leaving in 10 minutes and his only other employee was at risk so no, they would not do curbside pick-up for me. Not today and apparently no time this weekend as he didn't offer. I live 10 minutes away and probably could have made it before he left if he had not put me on hold for nearly 5 minutes, but oh well.

While I 100% respect not wanting to put your employees at risk there are a lot of ways to get around having any contact with someone, especially in a place like Montrose where traffic is light and the streets are relatively mellow. For example they could have offered to leave a box on the street in front of the store while I wait in the car, to then quickly go grab it once the door was shut.

Disappointed at their lack of imagination, but begrudgingly happy for his employees that they have a boss that cares so much for their well-being.

I ended up getting this curbside service at the Miele storeroom. They were very accommodating.

Have had a great experience with Andy and his staff. They are friendly and try to be extremely helpful. They definitely have my business!
