I have had a long road dealing with a foot fracture and Dr. Kopp has been amazing. It is very easy to get an appointment and I don't have to wait very long to see the doctor. He always listens and discusses my concerns with me. I highly recommend this doctor/office.
Dr. Kopp was very thorough, as opposed to the last person I saw, found something in an MRI 3 yrs old which I didn't know about (or maybe didn't remember) and now I hope I'm on my way to recovery. He's very friendly and competent, his X-ray tech was very funny and friendly and at my request, they emailed me the new patient paperwork so I wouldn't have to appear 30 minutes early to wait in what turned out to be a vacant waiting room (with a beautiful view!). As well, I was seen on time.
I've known Dr Kopp for sometime. He is knowledgeable & well trained. He does a thorough & professional job. He is attentive 'friendly & polite. He isn't rushed. The only negative about SDOrtho is no matter the time or how many in the waiting room.you will always wait nearly an hour to be seen & others with later appts will be seen first! Its so annoying!
Dr. Kopp check with me right away and diagnosed my issue immediately. Not thrilled about the injury but I’m glad I have really a knowledgeable Doctor and staff. He scheduled my surgery right away and now I'm well ahead of recovery timeline.
Dr. Kopp examined my Ankle (s) and presented options for my care to correct my current problem. We had Xrays taken and if I decided to pursue the PLAN, I will contact them again for further testing. I was happy with my care and the time the physician spent with me.
