Very bad customer service from the two agents that sit in the back. I hate to have to say this, but they have very evil spirits.they wouldn’t even give me a chance to try to get the insurance.hopefully those two ladies find another job in the field that don’t require them to deal with customers.

Been with Fred loya for years.before they didn't have road assistance until now.with an extra small fee. I'm ok with the insurance.
