Fred Loya Insurance, Los Angeles CA

My car was totaled over 9 months ago (Dec 2022) and the driver who was at fault had Fred Loya insurance. After filling out dozens of forms and calling them every few weeks, I am STILL waiting for my payment from them. I also just received a delinquent registration renewal notice from the DMV (even though I've signed and sent back the form that relinquishes my ownership). I do not advise using this company if ever want to receive your payment.

Terrible customer service. The girls are incompetent and don't pay attention when they take a payment. They make you spin when they themselves do not explain well the papers you need. Good insurance but this fatal office, look for another.

Worse company to buy car insurance. I requested several times a paper bill so I manage the payment through my bank- and never send anything. They never send me the proof of an insurance-ID cards- a day or two before payment I will receive a call to collect the payment by phone. This company all that is did good is collecting money. Nothing else was right. They have worse customer service.

I told them that I do not share my account information. I make all my payments on the page through my bank. They never sent me anything nor did they send the voucher cards. A day or two before the payment they call to collect the payment.
It's the only thing they did right.nothing was wrong.
They have the worst customer service.
