Free People reviews
6I went to buy some clothes, and left very sad and disappointed when made aware that Free People is selling clothes that come from animals that were abused and ultimately killed. They don't have to sell these items. They have been made aware of the suffering the animals are enduring and refuse to stop selling the items. So I refuse to continue shopping there until they discontinue those items that are causing pain, misery, and death to animals.
They do have interesting styles but their quality of materials used, could be improved to match their prices. I ordered lots of things online and 50% I returned because I could get that quality for half the price. I look for good quality clothes, if I PAY MORE I EXPECT MORE, like.from ETAM, a french store that sells here online very nice quality materials, mostly cotton mixes which are hard to find elsewhere, everything is SO synthetic, ACRYLIC RAYON, etc.their return policy is good.
I absolutely LOVE Free People, they have the best jeans and tops ever! A bit on the pricey end, but that's what you pay for good stuff. Definitely recommend for all those girls that want to look bomb for the summer.
Enjoy!
Steer clear of this store because of this certain staffer. She even tried to blame a co-worker of hers for her own lameness when the coworker was actually applying good customer service. It only takes one bad apple to ruin and misrepresent a company so badly with her limited shortcomings, that it can turn customers off completely from spending money at an company (like thousands of dollars.) She treats people (not just myself badly I witnessed it -forced. Why is she even there?) and panders to make a sale and then dismisses, insinuates and is condescending Badddddddd. Shopping is about having a good experience. Not good vibes in Palo Alto at all. FAKE. Who needs that?
Well, one of my favorite stores. I don’t go there so often now, as I purchase more online, but - I love this store!
