This company took along time to install my solar they are very bad communicating with me and their loan company start talking money even before the system start producing electricity I don’t recommend this company to anyone

We have been working with Freedom Forever through Boundless Inc and could not be more impressed. Jonathan from the Raleigh office educated us on the entire process of making the switch to solar, designed a system that met our needs to a T, and was even better on pricing than any of the other quotes we received.

They tend to get things installed faster but doesn't provide good service when the system is down. I guess you can classify them as one of scammers.

I came across freedom forever through a sales rep from boundless energy. For me, it has been an incredibly smooth and easy process. They came out to do my site survey within days of signing the initial agreement. My sales rep, James Morphis, has been extremely helpful through the entire process. I will definitely be referring friends and family to freedom. Thank you so much!

We bought a house 8/2023 with solar already and have been waiting for the warranty transfer. How is it that only the CEO can sign? Makes no sense. We were told it would take 7-14 days, then told 30 to 60 days. In the meantime, we have bills around $500 a month. I can't monitor my system until we get the login, but not until after the transfer. Ok, now we are in November and still nothing! We spoke to Andre last week and he stated our file had been escalated.  We've been told that every time we call or email. We are still waiting for the CEO to sign the warranty transfer. It's sad this is not acceptable! And in response to this, I'll probably get a generic redponse. My sister in law was approached by sales rep in Stockton, I told her run.

Dealing with Freedom Forever has been a forever thing when it comes to resolving issues, plus not honoring the production guarantee reimbursing of power not regenerated while the system is down. Now I’m paying APS plus the loan of their system this is just a scam and the government should regulate how they do business here in Arizona so they don’t scam customers with promises.

This company is bad, really bad. We signed the contract back in August 2022. This is October 2023 and our system still not running. Do not go with this company on solor. Our Solor panel was put on in February 2023. March 2023, we paid 45k for 80 % of total bill which we resize later it was over priced for 23 of 400 watt panels.our system finally stated working in Septermber. After 2 weeks of it running generating max of 50 to 60W per day, the inverter got broken. After few calls to them again, techincisn finally came out after 6 weeks from the time we contacted them for inverter being broken. Now they tell me November 11 is next schedule date for someone to come out and replace inverter. Do not use this company.

They were great when I bought the system. 5 years later when I need hardware support that has to come from the installer they have no interest. Over $6,000 of electric charges and over 4 weeks. They are no help.

Nothing good to say about this company. Have my solar panels for 3 yrs and was supposed to received backup batteries with installation due to my son being disabled and having a medical condition. I try to get this matter resolve many times and even spoke with a supervisor from freedom Fancy 5months ago that advice me to contact the 3rd party company that installed the panels. Since they didn't see that in the order, we have a text confirmation and even send to freedom but they claim need to get the help from the other company. After contacting this person has only talked to him once when he told me that he can help if we pay 20k, additional and that the sales person was not with him anymore. It has been very frustrating, He's always out of town nd don't answer my calls. He text me that he's busy and needs to talk to freedom, both companies need to take full responsibility of this matter. My family is contemplating legal assistance and contacting the Ada legal assistant dept. I need a solution NOW

Freedom was pleasant from start to finish. The representative that quoted us was very communicative throughout the whole process and followed through on everything he said he would do. Will be recommending them to my neighbors. 5 stars.

We used Freedom Forever for our install a few years ago and they were great. Now that we had a problem they not only didn’t tell us about it even though they monitor our system 24/7 but they took over 2 months to come fix it and never called us to schedule the tech appointment, thankfully we were home when the tech arrived and he was able to fix the system. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for months to submit the reimbursement request since our system was down and have yet to receive a call back. I’ve left 5 voicemails and even physically went into the office and spoke to a woman who told me someone would get back to me same day. It has now been weeks. I went to the office again today and the doors were locked even though they are supposed to be open. Seems as though they don’t care much about customers once they finish the install.

Update, we got a call from Kathryn Torres at Freedom Forever to file a System Performance Claim. We worked through that process fairly quickly and were given a small rebate for the prior years system performance but I had to wait until July '23 to submit the request for the long downtime period. I did need to follow up on payment multiple times because they failed to send a check but they did eventually send. Now that we're on the current year for the initial downtime period I submitted a new claim July 21st and received confirmation of submission but have yet to hear anything. I've emailed, called and left VM's but no response. This business seems to only want to respond when a negative review is left which is extremely discouraging.

WHAT CAN I TELL YOU- RUN RUN RUN. ABSOLUTELY WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IVE NOW HAD THE PANELS ON MY HOUSE MONTHS. HAVE BEEN MAKING 2 PAYMENTS ONE FOR SOLAR THAT IS NOT CONNECTED AND ONE FOR THE ELECTRIC BILL. THEY MAKE CANNED RESPONSES TO BAD REVIEWS. NOTHING GETS RESOLVED. I WISH I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD THEY WERE AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT REVIEWS. YESTERDAY I WANTED ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY SAID ONE WASNT AVAILABLE. I BELIEVE I WILL BE FORCED TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY AT THIS POINT.

Beware of this solar contractor. They will promise something’s to get your project started but do not come through later on the process.

I have been trying to get a small correction done with my installation for HOA approval but they would not pick up my phone or respond to any messages.

Further more, their contractors did some damage to my side door while working on a fix but never returned to repair that.

No response Period… even though I have been told that my project is on the “priority list”.

If I could only rate ZERO stars.

Hello, we recently were interested in solar panels. Your representative Jamahl came out to discuss this. At the time he said he needed a $1,000.00 as a down payment. I said to him if things don't work out do we get the money back and he said "absolutely". We did not move forward with the project because your guy came out to inspect the roof this was in May 2023. It was raining alot at that time and he was able to get a small window of no rain to inspect the roof. As soon as he left it began to rain again and I noticed where he had rested his ladder rain was now leaking under the eave and puddling at the garage door. This had not happened prior to him going on the roof. I immediately called jamahl and he asked me to send pictures which I did and he said someone from the office would contact us, no one ever did. I continued to text jamahl asking when someone would come by no one did. We were not expressed with your customers service and felt we should not move forward with the solar. I then realized you had cashed our check. I text jamahl and let him know. It was a Sunday so he said I'll inform the office tomorrow and take care of it. In his text he said I'll will get your money reimbursed. After a week I text him again then he stopped responding to my text. I have written documentation saying we would get our money back. I called and spoke to Reece who was no help kept me on hold for almost a hour when I said to him speak to your boss and get back to me I can't sit here on hold any longer his response is I am the boss and you are not getting your money back

After a year and a half of having the solar panels installed my system is still not working properly and I am still receiving bills in excess of $500/ month. Freedom Forever is unresponsive and still has not fixed the problem. Not to mention the headache of actually getting the panels installed.
