Drove an hour away to check out a vehicle. And the salesperson told us it was sold right when we got there.
Wasted time to drive to the dealership, will not recommend.

My buying experience with them was great they were friendly and worked with me and made me feel like they really cared for the community and customers. But then within a few months my jeep that I bought over heated and I pulled over it would t start. I had it towed to them I payed for the extended warranty they tell me they don’t have the equipment to even check what is won’t with I should have towed to jeep. A car company doesn’t have the equipment to do a full check on a car they bought? So they sold me a car saying it was in good shape without even checking it and now I am currently having to commute to San Jose everyday for work not knowing what I am going to do to get my automobile back on the road thanks freeman Toyota for leaving ing. Me stranded with no option to help me but keep collecting your payments for a car I can’t drive making me miss work awesome

Worked through Internet Sales and received no pressure and excellent service.

Still taking my car here in 2022. Comfortable waiting room for service. Friendly staff.

Best sales experience I had in year's. His name is Michael, very friendly and honest. He truly tok his time to help us out on what we needed and didn't. He never pushed us to buy something we didn't need. I would go back to him in the future to him.

My car was parked & hit in Healdsburg in June 2022. I took my car to Freeman Toyota and was fortunate to have Erik Ellingson as my Adjuster. The insured’s out of state Insurance Co.was difficult to work with from day 1. On 8/8/22 They sent me a check for $804.00 for the damage. Long story short I finally got my car back 10/20/22 after the Insurance Co.finally paid the bill of $5200.00. Both Erik & Jesse Parks the General Mgr worked extremely hard to get the Insurance Co.to perform. My car looks great, I have factory Toyota parts & appreciate all the time & hard work done on my behalf!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at freeman Toyota! They got me and my family into our DREAM van! We had been in a rental for 5 weeks after a car accident and could not find the right van anywhere! Then we walked in to freeman Toyota as they were bringing in our 2022! Ian had our backs from the minute we arrived and was so kind to our three tiny kids! We were in and out in record time and the process was fun and filled with smiles! These people at freeman really care about the people they serve and it shows! I will NEVER buy from anyone else! Thank you so much for our Christmas miracle van Ian we are so in love!

Good and bad experience come at every dealers. But last week, my sister and I drove all the way from San Jose, two hours away, to get a car for her husband. And we met a great salesman who helps us to get a nice car. He was nice and not pushy (sorry that I don't remember his name). He helped us to buy a nice Prius. One thing I find when buying car is that if you and the salesman clicked at first sight the rest of the buying process is just smooth and quick.also they installed Star Alarm in every cars, and it cost $990 something dollar, but that one you can request them to remove it if you don't want that. Anyways, we like to thank them for the fast and good services. Honesty is what buyers need.

Made a appointment for tires a week in advance showed up and no tires were ordered. Service personnel tried to help but could not. Talk to sales manager and I could tell I was bothering him. After talking to Service manager he said he would honor the sale they were having on tires. Was not offered any for my inconvenience of driving an hour and a half to make my appointment. The service crew told me I need tires so I tried to purchase from Toyota. Did not work!

I bought a venza Limited at MSRP without any markups! Super lucky to have had such a great sales person to help me with any questions I had and our finance manager Lars was great, very thorough, it made the paperwork process so easy!

We bought a used car from them. We were in there doing paperwork for 3 hours. They added on perma plate for the interior and it doesn't work on cloth seats. They added a $3,000 warranty and it's hard to find anybody who takes the warranty. The $14,000 car cost $18,000 by the time we were through. Manish was very rude and threw paperwork at us and kept leaving the office to do other things. In the 2 years I've only put 2,000 miles on it because i couldn't drive it like I would have.

I was a referral from a friend whose family had bought 4 Tacomas recently. Anyways the gentleman (a service manager) I was supposed to see was out on a trip in Europe. I met with a salesperson after standing there a while before being acknowledged. I told him we were looking for a Tacoma TRD ywith a long bed. I had my wife and daughter with me. He showed me incoming models as he did not have any in stock and said within a week they should arrive. He said he would have to get back to me after verifying things. Said ok gave him my number and told him I will buy a car no matter what in the next few days but I am willing to wait to hear back from him and was excited with the prospect of buying a Tacoma. I even told him worse case I willl take a 4 runner in stock. I called him the following day, no answer, I messaged him no answer. I insisted the following day he had no clue who I was, when I reminded him he said he would get back to me and never did. Anyways I ended up buying a car at another dealership. It's sad tho as I am local to them, live right around the corner in Forestville. Truly left a bad taste in my mouth.
