Very bad experience with the Sales Person. I was done when she started to say "it is not difficult to understand. " (underestimating the buyer) and "we do not have a sale problem. " (not caring about the buyer). There are many other options in the area with kind people.

The lady with the black hair and dead ends was horrible! Very rude. I asked if they had a model or home to view with 5000 sq as advertised on their price sheet. Instead of her stating no, she spoke for 10 mins in circles without clearly answering the question. When I repeated my question, she said, "You're not comprehending, " and was very frustrated for having to repeat herself. She threw the paper down and said, "I don't understand the miss communication". She was very annoyed as if she didn't have a nicotine or Cocain break. The guy working failed to show us the standard material when I asked if they had any models with standard. Instead of showing the standard options, he allowed us to walk out the door. Mind you, we were the only potential buyers at that time, so he had all the time in the world. The only model home was the 800k 4 bed room. Very unprofessional, would not give them 2 cents for a home, let alone a commission sale. Real estate is not their passion. They definitely need to find a new day job. The developers need to find a new broker for their sales. I still can't believe her frustration when dealing with clients. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It outweighed the homes.
