Pretty good location, nice selection of clothes from what I was seeing. The staff were helpful and stylish.

Freestyle has with a wide selection of items and friendly staff. Sandra was helpful when i brought my bags and let me know to pick them up the next day. The pickup process and cash out was easy. I definitely recommend checking it out!

A great selection of clothes that are in style and the workers are so helpful the girls at the front were so nice and welcoming

This is a great place to find gently used clothing. The staff is friendly, the store always organized and clean.

The only negative is that they won't accept old bills (still legal tender) if you're paying cash. I had to leave and find a place to make change. Incredibly inconvenient.

I had brought in some plus size clothes in great condition some are torrids Macys celebrity pink Jessica Simpson and etc and they only took 4 item sweatpants and and sweatshirts Nikes what’s up with that I check the rack and they don’t even carry plus size they need better management there who know how to do business

I dropped off 14 items and told to come back in 24 hours. I returned to find out 10 of my items had been selected and I will be given $59.40 for those 10 ten items, less than 6 bucks per item. No option for me to take my items back from FreeStyle or for store credit. They chose a $400 pair of genuine leather cowboy boots never been worn still in the box, a pair of brand new Free People boots and 8 other high quality brand new items.for which they gave me less than $6 a piece. Horrible experience as a seller and I will absolutely never be a buyer. Stay far away from this place. No integrity.

This place needs to close down already. I brought two HUGE totes full of good quality stuff & name brands. Not only did they not take anything, it looked like everything was untouched as if they didn’t bother going through them. This place lost my business, and my respect.

This is so ridiculous. I came to drop off a huge bag of clothes and they took nothing from there and I had to wait one entire day to be told that none of my close is going to be accepted. The close was in good quality conditions and from good brands like Uggs, Victoria’s Secret, etc. The girl told me she didn’t go through my bag and that she didn’t have a reason for why they weren’t accepted. Unacceptable. Don’t be offering your services if you won’t be accepting new clothes.

How did my daughter sell 13 items for $40? ! Then bought 5 items and still owed $39? ! Way over priced and horrible trade in value. Never again they are lucky grandma brought my daughter cause I would have never allowed that robbery!
