I don’t understand how they are still in business!? ! I reported the pile of overpriced junk stolen and even informed Freeway Funding of this, it didn’t do me any good because some skanky woman that drives for a repo company, showed up several times looking for the vehicle that was reported stolen months before that. What a bunch of idiots.

Worst customer service. Lies. Told them can’t get phone calls at work and I have been written up several times. Was assured by Manny, who conveniently no longer works there that the multiple phone calls a day would stop. They continue. I’ve asked several times to call after or a little before 6 pm and the supervisor Lucia basically told me they are putting me on the do not call list and if my car gets repod it’s my fault because I refuse to answer my calls. Then stated they only call one time a day. I screen shot all missed calls from them to prove she is wrong. Worst customer service

Negative stars for this company. Watch out for insurance because I was charged 5 months of dwl fees when I have receipt and record of payments. They continue to apply to the late insurance fees instead of applying it to principal they apply it to the so called late fees on insurance of 170 when I have been paying for please runnnn far as you can from this company there no longer doing loans for some reason.

Horrible funding company to go through, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO THROUGH SOMONE ELSE! Makes everything more difficult for me and my girlfriend then necessary, supervisor and SOME workers are very ignorant and petty when handling situations

I've been with this company for awhile, they are very helpful. But I would like to thank Betty for going above and beyond for me and working with me. She makes sure she could help in away thank you for all your help.

If i could leave negitive zero stars I would. Mast of the staff are rude and unprofessional.
They have charged my mom “no insurance” fees for months that she has had insurance. So even if she makes a car payments on time, the payments she has submitted for her car they have applied them to the “no insurance” fees. They also call her about 10 times throughout the days. She had never experienced this with any other car loan. Its very upsetting and feel like they are just using any excuse to charge you with any fees.

The company has help me continuously. They have always been such a pleasure and willing to do there best in serving me as the customer.

Betty is the best! She always gives me the greatest experience and clarifies what I am exactly paying for! Always has a positive attitude too!

In the past close to a year, freeway funding has been remarkable in many ways. Company is very helpful, understanding, and most of all will go out of their way to ensure that all my needs are met. Betty has always gone above and beyond to to help me with all my questions as well as providing most effective and best outcomes for me. She is terrific at what she does for the company and for the clients. Highly recommend freeway funding and can guarantee no disappointments. Very helpful getting me some creative financing since my ex-wife wiped me out financially! Nice people, I found them very understanding and accommodating. I would totally recommend this lending institution to my own Mom. And I LOVE my Mom!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. They ACCIDENTALLY RE-POED MY CAR. I’m NEVER LATE ON A PAYMENT. I thought my car was STOLEN. I had to report my car stolen to LAPD and for more than 3 hours I thought I would never see my car again. They then called me and told me they accidentally re-poed my car and that it was a mistake and continued to apologize over and over again. They then had to bring my car back. When I got my car back I noticed it was scratched on the front hood near the bottom. I’m looking to sue and refinance somewhere else. They also CALL ME NON STOP.and they make me nervous to even answer. I mean they call me like 5 times a day. Again I’m never late on my car payments. Please.find another company other then this one…

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have been with them for about a year now, and have never had any big issues. We applied with 6 different lenders, and only freeway would give us a chance. We recently moved the car from California to Michigan, so the insurance and plate transfers did cause a bit of a hassle with Freeway. BUT we called them, and we were able to work it out. Don’t be afraid to give them call! Very good customer service so far.

I was always on time and they would always harass me with emails and phone calls! Even when they knew which day I always pay they would still have and demand payment! How ignorant can this be! I was always nervous to be on the phone with them after reading all the bad reviews on how they repo ur car for anything! This company has very high interest and will charge you extra fees for anything! I’m glad I’m done with my loan I simply won’t recommend this dealer AT ALL! Run away from them!
