This review is long overdue. I went into a freeway office and carlos morales greeted me with such energy and continued to make me feel comfortable that i was going to be well equipped with my insurance. On top of that he saved me money and i ended up paying the year in full. Thank you Carlos!

Sivan was a great and professional agent helped me with my insurance needs, and also saved me $60 a month.

I had a great experience at freeway insurance. Michael was great and very knowledgeable. I came to michael after seeing other reviews mentioning to speak to him. No regrets he was the best. Definitely recommend going to him.

I like this insurance BUT the service Always sucks. The people here r very lazy not very helpful.

This morning I needed Help with my insurance and Jorge definitely went over and beyond any expectation I had. He knew the correct answers to everything I asked and was very kind. He even went step by step to help me set up my insurance and even made time to have a nice conversation while we were waiting. Nothing is worse than feeling rushed and today I can Actually say getting insurance was nice and easy! I have Had experiences recently with not so nice and not very customer friendly employees of this company who insulted me and were no help. I almost decided today to go through someone else and thought to give it one more chance and Jorge definitely saved me as a customer to your business. Hopefully this company sees him as a gem! What you pay for is a total mystery, my experience at this office, was HORRIBLE. I signed up for full coverage, only to receive a letter from the insurance carrier stating my insurance would be canceled because they could not insure my car; how can this happen? The answer is simple, proper documentation by the office was submitted incorrectly, and I had to pay a $200 Broker fee! For service that was not rendered properly. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY< BUYER BEWARE SHOULD BE THEIR MOTTO! Because if any mistakes happen, it will be your fault. Make sure to ask for receipts because they will not give you one, naturally. You as a consumer need to be on point at this office, therefore their $200 broker fee is a joke since their services are less then competent. Make sure you do not have service done by Jorge Luera. In my opinion He is lost and does not take responsibility for his position in the office. I emailed him twice, no response and had to take matters into my own hands and obtain insurance with another office, had to pay another broker fee, this time only $80, and my car was insured properly from the start and all fees were disclosed. Shame on you Freeway Insurance Services.

Beware the companies they use to insure you don’t work when you file a claim. Absolute rip off. In off 0 customer service skills they just leave you waiting with no greet.

Do not go through freeway insurance. This company paired me up with the worst insurance company i have ever delt with in my life. Stonewood Insurance is a fraud and should be turned in. They nickel and dime me to death. Increased my monthly payment by 20 dollars just because i changed my address with out any written or verbal communication. I have been trying to cancel my policy for the past two weeks and they still have yet to cancel my policy. They have been making me fax a hand written letter to cancel my policy then says it takes 14 to 24 business days to cancel. And then charges me more fees. Then on top of all this the policy i was under would have only covered my car up to 5000 dollars in damage. That would not cover anything and wanted to charge me 133 dollars a month these people are rude unprofessional and a fraud. STAY AWAY!
