They were great but $200 brokers fee? I thought like Meens review I was quoted one thing and ended up paying more when I asked about over charges Lucio told me it was policy fees and taxes a lie over charged me 3 months on road side assistance said 90 days free lie. When I asked for full payment history and breakdown they said they couldn't provide it. Declaration stated installment fee $12 only once after was charged $15 never explained way extra $3 dollar charge for 10 months. Was supposed to receive credits from 5 different billing statement never got. Couldn't provide signed broker agreement. Now they want me to renew my policy OK

Called for a quote a a guy answered could barely hear him started giving me attitude and when i asked why was he rude he hung up on me don't recommend pretty sure if you need help they will just tell you to kick rocks

Horrible horrible experience! Signed up 1 week ago agent Lucio is not answering me getting the run around! Contacted the office and got hung up on more than 5 times! Martin and George answered and didn’t even listen or try to understand my issues and kept hanging up or transferring me to customer service! So rude and incompetent! I was quoted one price now bill is way higher!
