I started a policy today and they put the wrong car and name information on my policy. I called back and tried to get ahold of someone but after being transfered twice was sent the review line. Then I called Amie and she insisted the information was correct, which it wasn't, and rushed me off the phone saying she'd call back and never did. I'm not impressed and pretty dissapointed cause I came to this company with high hopes after dealing with another incompitent company. Thanks for the help smh.
