I had to have the recalls done on my car so I scheduled an appointment. They were efficient, got me a rental, and I was in and out at both drop off and pick up with ease.

I would like to take this time and say we had a wonderful experience where do I purchase at freeway Toyota of Hanford we did not expect to get the service and deal that we received this is the first time that I deal with this dealership and I got to say that it was the best deal I have ever got in my entire life.
Thank you Toyota of Hanford I will return for my next purchase thank you so much to Juan and Jose Alex for their help on this purchase.

Good waiting lounge with enough space for social distancing. Free water bottles and I think there's coffee too. But it took almost two hours for an oil change.

I absolutely loveee my salesman Oscar P. In Hanford Toyota he helped me get into the car I wanted. He was so funny and friendly. Most of all he made it happend thank u soooo much Toyota Hanford u guys rock. ️

I have asked repeadly for a call back and NO ONE from the finance department has contacted me in 3 weeks. I have called at minimum 2-3 times a week. Otherwise they've been amazing

One of the best dealership I have been to with helpful staff and friendly customer experience. Car salesman Ray Garcia went above and beyond for my party and I and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for their next car to come to this place with Ray as your salesman. Will be returning for my next vehicle in the near future.

I understand that the product sells itself, but if I am going to be spending $50k plus for an item, I would expect the sales people would call me back with an answer to simple yes or no questions instead of me having to continually call. I finally took my business elsewhere even though they quoted a better price and according to the email I received, a good trade in offer.

Went in due to flashing tire light. They checked and aired the tires back up and I was on the way.

2 Tire pressure indicator which cost me $624. It’s another bad experience, will not ever ever going to come back to Toyota Freeway. Was given a quote of $465 but after almost another hour when I was paying about to swipe my card I saw $624. I was surprised, I felt I was robbed. I was never told it was gonna cost that much. I looked at the receipt, it indicated that I approved an additional cost of $145.a huge lie! I never approved this additional cost. The last time they spoke to me, it will only cost $465. I asked for military discount or Toyota’s promo discount but I was told I can’t avail it because this was actually a bargain. Will never ever gonna come back.thank you very much

Bought a car from there a lemon to be exact car overheated 48 hours after having it. I took it in for "repairs" the car overheated same day I picked up took it back and they blew out the head gaskets I called to speak to General manager and he never called me back at first salesman ray said they would put me in a different vehicle same amenities and same price range then they changed it to they will just put in a whole new engine in my broken car they sold me I am supposed to trust that their mechanics will fix the car they couldn't fix to begin with I am calling everyone I need to call this is bs. I do not recommend Freeway Toyota to anyone not even my worst enemy horrible customer service.
