Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley

The overall stay was pleasant with regard to the amenities, ambiance, and atmosphere. Being a silver elite member (few nights away from gold), the hotel did not come thru on my requests for towels and other items I asked for in advance. The air in the king suite was stale and needed to be aired out. Had to restart the tv several times because it kept going blank?

Nevertheless, I think may come back in the future if the price is right and if they put me on the top floor (like I normally am on). Been to the restaurant and bar prior to COVID and it was pricey but good. Drinks were on point at that time but I did not get a chance to partake this time around because they were closed.

Clean, but continental breakfast was not complementary. They wanted us to buy everything and prices were high. 7$ for a bottle water is too much.

I stayed at the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley for 11 days for a work event. Do not stay here. Hotel staff is less than adequate and accomodations were sub par. Staff couldn't provide me with any local food recommendations, kitchen is closed regularly at the hotel bar restaurant and the hot tub/pool was apparently out of order. The staff also had an unpleasant demeanor and still hasn't provided the itemized receipt for my work stay. 3 attempts to acquire said receipt and I have been hung up on twice. One star operation all around.

The air conditioner won't cut off in my room, the guy did not come up to fix it. And on top of it the heater doesn't work.this is horrible, it's 11: 49 p.m. At night and I can't find another hotel or have the energy to move all my stuff, I just have to freeze tonight out.

They are doing a fantastic job with safety and cleanliness protocols. My room is spotless and clean, as are common areas. Free cold water bottles from pantry. Sadly business centers closed but front staff will print documents for you, then delete. Masks and hand sanitizer are ample. No one allowed into hotel without a reservations or a hotel key. I'm very pleased with this property for a 14 day business trip.

Love this pkace lve been coming to Marriott since 1985 San Francisco Downtown 4th Street Marriott is where l started. The front desk lady named Ms kailey was very nice and made me feel like l was in my home town of San Francisco. Just wanted to say thank you for everything that you do at Marriott to make people like me feel at home in times like these. And my kids dont want to leave because its so nice and the staff from the front desk to the house keeping so thanks for making Marriott my home away from Home. Thanks for your time Mr Golden

Clean and roomy bedroom, friendly staff and a great restaurant and bar. A little pricey, but it's the valley.

Good location off the 880 in Fremont. Nice lobby area, bar/restaurant has relaxed atmosphere and good menu.
Pool and fitness suite on the ground floor. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only one plug in the desk area to plug in my computer, tablet and watch. Both plugs on the night stand by the bed don't work.

Great hotel to stay for a night or for a few days very friendly staff clean facilities all over and I will be going back as soon as I get a chance

Great place to spend the night after a football game! Great breakfast buffet on the weekend. The only downside is that the lounge is closed on the weekend.

Room and amenities were comfortable and the staff warm and welcoming. I didn't give it 5 because when I pulled my sheets back in the morning, I noticed some hair that wasn't mine. Now I'm not saying that they didn't change my sheets because it could have come from my clothes (from home, I have dogs, cats, and a wife) that fell on the bed and I would have never noticed. I also have my suspicions though. So I'm giving it a 4star.

Awesome staff. Comfortable bedrooms. Very delicious breakfast. All around great stay. The only thing that was negative but not worth taking a star off was the noiseness in the rooms late at night. I can hear lots of door slams and echoes from the neighbouring rooms late at night when trying to sleep. If that could improve it would help to bring the hotel to almost perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. A little off the block location, but the hotel it self is really nice. A very good sports bar on the ground floor, and the rooms were comfortable as well. I'll definitely be staying again when I visit the Bay area!

One of my favorite hotels I've stayed at. Rooms are clean as well as the hotel itself. Love how comfortable the bed is and the amenities the room comes with. When I come back up here again, I plan on staying here again.

Nice hotel, but you have to pay extra for breakfast. There was no microwave in my room. The price of the rooms fluctuate wildly depending on what day it is. There are bellhops that help you carry luggage, which was nice, but it also felt a little weird having so many people in the lobby watching you. Came in in my pajamas, and felt extremely underdressed since there is a classy restaurant in the lobby.

Decent hotel with enough parking space. By the way, it's within several minutes drive to quite a few good restaurants.

Here for a client site visit. I like the hotel and the service. Could improve room service but other than that it's a good hotel.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel, I just dropped off a pizza, but the staff were very friendly.

unfortunately on weekend their indoor pool gets busy with kids and they dont seem to be able to keep it clean and tidy
I brought it up to the attention of front desk supervisor Manni tonight aug 11 2018 and called him to do something but to no avail.otherwise the rooms and the rest of the facilities are great
