Dr Padmaja was really good. Front Desk was co-operative and staff was really good. I had a smooth consultation process

Worst Experience ever! After waiting an hour for Dr. Sharma, a lady who I’m unsure of was Dr. Sharma or a nurse (couldn’t tell because of PPE and it was my first time here) came in the room and bluntly asked if I had insurance and that if I didn’t, I will not be seen nor will she get paid if she sees me today. After filling out forms and showing my medi-cal insurance in the beginning of the visit this lady still had the audacity to grab my card from me again and take it to the front. After waiting another 20mins, I got tired of the unprofessionalism and the lack of care this person showed and left. It was my first time here looking for a new OBGYN who is local because I recently moved to Fremont and had emergency surgery 2weeks prior on my ovaries. However, the MA who assisted me in the beginning with my blood pressure, weight, etc was great and compassionate! The Indian lady who came after was rude and made me feel less of a person because of assumptions she had of me not having insurance, SMH! DO BETTER because this whole visit was ugly and Giving bad vibes and I wasted an hour and a half for nothing!

Dr Sharma is extremely compassionate and understanding when it comes to patient care. She understands the basic patient concerns and address them with more promptness than anyone. She acknowledges the upcoming issues and the roadblockers in the process and make them easier to approach.

Dr. Sharma is knowledgeable, experienced and makes sure to listen to all your questions/concerns patiently. I couldn’t thank her staff enough to help me with an appointment in less than a day when I explained to them my situation despite being a new patient. They also provide with online support via emails in case you have questions for Dr. Sharma. Overall my experience here has been great.

She treats you like family.she listen every single query of patient.she is so calm.i love all the staff members they treat you like their own family.

I've been visiting Dr. Sharma for about 6 months now. She is a great OBGYN. Her diagnosis and advice is accurate and she is thoughtful and communicates clearly about issues and remedies. I recommend her to other families looking for an OBGYN

The clinic is my safe haven, Dr Sharma is patient, informative, and makes my journey easy. She makes sure to answer any concerns or questions, in addition to making me feel at ease.
Dr Sharma also uses a direct messaging application for patients to reach her whenever required, and she replies back in a timely manner given her clinic and hospital schedules.
All test results are uploaded to the patient alley application for transparency which makes tracking easier.
The staff at the clinic are friendly, professional and go out of their way to ensure every patient is attended to and satisfied. Everything is explained clearly and they don't mind explaining them several times to ensure patients are fully aware and informed.

Dr. Padmaja Sharma and the entire staff at Fremont OB/GYN are beyond amazing. Great experience as a first timer. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Padmaja Sharma and it was a delight. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. I am very happy to have found a great doctor that I feel I can trust and connect with. She is helping me so much with everything I have been through! Really efficient, on point, respectful, great personality and her staff is great! I like being able to have a Dr.who is always willing to listen and give me input.

Dr. Sharma is extremely professional and the most helpful Doctor you’ll ever find. Very responsive to messages and always accommodates in case of emergencies. She’s a doctor that one can trust with closed eyes. I can’t thank her enough. She was a godsend to us.
