Fremont Table Tennis Academy

My daughter attends this Academy since 4+ Months (As of Oct). With limited time my daughter gets to play outside of the Academy, I can see that her game is slowly improving.
Daughter loves the instructors and personal attention and is eager to come for her Weekly Trainings.
No complaints. The 1 Hr class is just about right for younger kids and keeps them occupied. Various games/contests within the 1 Hr ensure kids do not find it monotonous.
Plan to have daughter attend in long-run if she takes interest further, but for starters and good learning, do not hesitate.

On a sidenote, Coach Shashin is awesome and knows all kids by names and take the occasional time to correct wrong posturing/play in kids. I guess that personal attention and call makes a personal difference for kids.

Our first visit to FTTA will certainly not be our last. My 18-year old son flew in from LA to compete in a tournament and the experience was excellent. The players were all very talented and there was a diverse mix of cultures, ages and skillsets which really distinguishes this club from others. Shashin is the proprietor and head coach of the facility and runs an extremely professional and inviting place where players are made to feel welcome while still getting some great, competitive or recreational play time in.

I started here on and off during the last 2 summers with group classes, but the interest and improvements shown by my kids (ages 5 to 11) prompted me to move them to private classes. The quality is great, the training is intense and the advice precise.

That being said, the coaches are laid back with the kids and even critique them with a sense of humor, should they lose focus or slack off. The kids love them. Also, Shashin has been flexible and accommodating with our scheduling needs and changes. I would highly recommend this academy and hope to increase my kids' training over time.

If you want to be a proud father of a champion kid.this is your pit stop. Amazing place to train your kid in TT. Coach is very skillful and disciplined. He has a lotta accolades and many grand achievements. This is right between 680 and 880 so it's very convenient if you have to travel from far. Lovely family owned business and definitely a must place to train your kids. They also train adults if you are keen. Ample parking available and is also ️ friendly. They follow local covid protocols.

My son attended their summer camp first time and he start liking table tennis lot and start going every week now. I haven't seen any place yet who has such motivated trainer. Few highlights:
1. They have allocated coach to every table not like one coach is
allocated to multiple tables.
2. They engaged kids through different activity like round the
table, tournaments, hitting the glasses etc in summer camp
as well as in regular classes which happen on Saturday and
Sunday. All these things motivate the kids and they want to
go this classes by themselves.
3. All coaches are so much dedicated and pay attention to every
kid, Yes every kid.
4.custom made paddles are sold by them are awesome (highly
recommended).

Fremont Table Tennis Academy is an excellent place to learn and compete in ping pong. They have some of the best coaches in the country, my kids play ping pong here, and we love it.
Overall would recommend FTTA to friends and family.

Fremont Table Tennis Academy is a great place to train your kids. They can train your kid to progress slowly while having fun or to go to the next competitive level. The owner, Shashin, is an international level player and is assisted by good coaches. He was able to get my kid engaged almost immediately when we went over for the assessment class. Over the last few months, my kid looks forward to going to the academy and spending quality time there. The coaching is rigorous and the coaches try to push kids to do their best. Shashin in particular, and his coaches, keeps the mood light by bantering with the kids, asking them questions about their school and hobbies to create a friendly atmosphere.

If you have a kid who has any interest in table tennis, do what I did and pick up the phone to contact Shashin and I am fairly certain that that once you go to the academy, your child will be hooked.

One of the best Table Tennis centers around. We have been going here for the last three years and the professionalism shown by the coaches are top notch. My kid started as a beginner player and the Head Coach, Shashin, helped him develop into a professional tournament player. The environment and place is super kid friendly too. We would recommend this place any day to anyone.

Fremont Table Tennis Academy is one of the finest places to train for Ping Pong. My son (10Yrs) goes there and he throughly enjoys. Coaches are very talented. They constantly challenge and push the students and bring the best out of them. Their programs are very well designed to meet the students at different levels. Their weekend leagues are great to instill the competitive spirit in kids. I highly recommend this place.

I have trained several months in this club, the national coach Shashin plays very good table tennis and is a really good coach.

Shashin is a great coach. Works with you to figure out exactly where you need to improve your game. Overall a great place and TT club.

Small place but yet amazing/honest coach. My kids really likes this place and the reason for that is Shashin adds innovation/fun to the training techniques which makes my kids have fun as well improve their skill. Thanks Shashin!

My son has been going to Fremont Table Tennis Academy for about 2 years now, and I am really happy with the progress he's made over this time. Coach Shashin is really passionate about the game and extremely invested in training the students and getting the best out of them. Being an accomplished player himself, he has a lot to offer to the kids not only in terms of developing their physical skills, but also in terms of the mental adjustments required to succeed. What really stands out for me is the attention to detail in his prompt feedback regarding strengths and weaknesses based on performances, which is an excellent reflection of his understanding of the game. For example, in a recent tournament that my son participated in, although Shashin was coaching over zoom due to Covid-19 restrictions, it was extremely effective and made a significant difference to the end results. Overall, I am very happy so far and more importantly my son really loves getting trained at Fremont Table Tennis Academy. I would recommend them to my friends in a heartbeat!

Excellent place to learn TT, FTTA is by far the best academy in the whole bay area. They have expert coaches who help from basics to all they way advanced routines. They help preparing for US and World level tournaments. My son has been learning TT with this academy for few years now. I am very happy with his progress so far. Thank you all FTTA coaches!

Fremont Table Tennis is great place to learn table tennis and head coach Shashin is awesome. Shashin is great with kids and teaches the basics extremely well. My son learnt a lot from Shashin and looks up to him. Being a very competitive player himself, Shashin caters to all levels and prepares kids for tournaments as well. My son always looks forward to playing at Shashin's tournaments & leagues as well.
FTTA club also has open play options and I personally drop-in for practice as well.
