4It’s always a wonderful experience at French Nails & Spa. I’ve been going there for years.
Pretty bad first experience. For paying almost $100 dollars I didn’t get what I requested I got the opposite even though I told them clearly what I wanted and showed a picture. Not only that when I asked for something she would put her recommendation over mine and not listen to her client. I felt rushed the whole time didn’t even enjoy a relaxing luxurious experience and it was like they didn’t have the fan or AC on. It was very hot and with all the body heat became super uncomfortable along with being rushed to find a color I was literally told to hurry. So not a good experience for me. My nail color has a crooked side that I didn’t even want to mention to fix because I knew she would be argumentative… I wont be getting my nails done for a long time after this.
Nails are getting thinner; gel manicure recently only stays for a week; quality dropped significantly in the past months
They did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi and I absolutely love the simple design Tammy did on my nails! I am so glad they are to close to where I moved to!
