French Park Care Center

My sister in law stayed in this facility for a couple of months from a bad facility.where she was neglected. I want to thank the Dr Vee, Sonya, Mikaela, therapists, & nurse staff for taking good care of my sister in law. The location is nice and they have a big patio area for visitors. Now she is walking and getting better everyday since she was discharged.

My father was stuck at another SNF in Los Angeles and was crammed in a small room with 4 other patients. I needed to get him out of the place ASAP. The social worker at the LA SNF did not do her job finding placement for my father so I took matters in my own hands. I called up many SNF in Orange County but French Park was very helpful. I spoke with Cynthia E.and she was wonderful. She and her colleagues provided all the answers I needed to help move my father closer home. I was lucky enough that they had a bed available and ready to take him in. The staff went above and beyond assisting me with the transfer. After the admission, the nursing staff, social worker and dietician followed up with me regarding my father. I honestly haven't had that type of care/service from other facilities before. I am so grateful he's at a safe place. Thank you so much!

Our family is going through a difficult situation and put every party involved under test. We are grateful to find out that Krinna, the admission director of French Park, truly advocates for patients health.

Stay away from Myra, the admission director of Healthcare Center of Orange County in Buena Park.

My grandma was recently there and she was released not too long ago. The very next day she had to go back to the hospital and found bacteria in her system! This place is careless and not taking care of the patient's on how they should be. Now my grandma has to be isolated in the hospital.

I also want to take this opportunity to give you feedback from my Son, Clifton Sayre, regarding his stay at French Park Care Center.

Cliff is appreciative of the Physical Therapy staff that are dutifully working with him to reach a higher level of physical functioning.

Cliff likes the group activities that take place, especially given that his stay is taking place during the Covid epidemic. He also appreciates Luz, an activity staff member, who works dutifully to get residents, and their visitors, to engage and interact with each other out on the patio.

Cliff, who will be 49 this year, also appreciates the fact that there are a number of residents near his own age with disabling conditions with whom he has been able to establish supportive relationships.

Cliff has had some staffing issues and appreciates the responsiveness of supervisory staff and the fact that he is made to feel welcome to discuss his issues with supervising staff and come to agreement as to accommodations that will be made in order to better meet his care needs.

Speaking of staff, Cliff has noted that staff members at times are too busy to attend to his needs but other staff members (ie Tristan, Sam, Jose, and Sergio), showing a team spirit, volunteer to step in and help his assigned CNA out.

I also wish to acknowledge the facility physician, Dr. Vee, who takes the time to call me and keep me informed of Cliff’s medical and physical conditions. I also appreciate the Staff consultation meeting that I attended with Cliff during which staff took the time to report on Cliff’s medical and physical condition and to ask him questions regarding his care needs, meal preferences and activity preferences.

They not allow you to visit more than 30 min and they rush you to get out- seems like they hiding something i think the main problem they hire very few caretakers so they dont have time. I dont think it has nothing to do with covid because Kaiser allow more than 8 hours of visits.

This place is horrible, if you care about your loved ones do not send them here. The nurses do not provide any updates and wouldn't call back at all. My mom fell and they never told us until she was sent to the hospital the following day. They caused my mom a second stroke. AVOID AT ALL COST. Check out their statics and they have higher than average complain rates.

Thank you to all the staff here, every one was EXCELLENT from the time I arrived to the time I left. Very great service I recieved. Any little thing I would ask for I would get it in a timely matter. CNA's were all frendly and kept everything clean. I would come back if I ever needed to. Thank you again!

My mother unfortunately had suffered from a couple of hemorrhages & has been staying at this place for a year & a half. The nurses know her very well & love her. They have been doing a great job taking care of her which is good cause my family & I haven't been able to be there everyday with her like before due to the pandemic which has put her recovery mostly on hold. We have been able to see her on screen usually up to three hours a day everyday through a tablet that we have there as well as fifteen minute visits there in person once a week.

I was looking around different facilities for my elderly family members in the area and found French Park Care Center. One of the nicest facilities, and the staff members are a delight. They were very accommodating, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I feel more comfortable with the education knowing my loved one can potentially be here. The tour of the facility was beautiful, and I am definitely going to use French Park for my elderly family members in the future.

French Park Care Center has caring and knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile for their patients. I was extremely pleased with the services provided for my patient while staying there. The facility is very clean and welcoming, I would definitely recommend French Park to others.

Very helpful staff. Willing and caring to patients.and just love how they put them first. To get them better.

I spent almost two months here and I enjoyed my stay. The therapists are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile with the patients

Overall great service and great people. Nurses, case managers, admissions and social workers are always helpful.

Thank you to all the staff that help with placing our patient there. The family was very happy with all the care that he received. Everyone is so kind and really care for the patients. Facility is very clean and friendly.

I have been at French Park Care Center for about 3 years and have always found the nurses and staff to be helpful and kind. Whenever I have worked with the therapy team they have always brought me back to my full potential. The food is the only thing I would say needs consistent improvement.

Staff is nice, but someone I cared about passed away cuz they take a long time to attend their patients
