I’m CEO and owner of JanvierLA that is a premium jewelry company in Downtown Los Angeles. My role is to manage the business operations and manage the development of the company internally with external partners. As we looked into the different requirements and modifications we wanted to implement in our e-commerce, we realized it would be more cost-effective to have an expert create our own customized one via a platform like Shopify. Frenchy Digital our neighbor and partner built a customized e-commerce using the Shopify platform. They finished building the website and now regularly make modifications and add new features as we grow. We worked with 1 full-time developer and a Product Manager. I met Frenchy Digital as they were literally neighbors to our business but also looked up other providers on google in which they came up on top. We currently spend around $5,000 a month for their services. We began our partnership in October 2021, and it’s ongoing. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our end clients, saying the Website gives them easy access to our contact form and that we are able to schedule meetings very easily. Thanks to the system they created, an email capture and a chat bot, we were able to get an average of 10 leads a day. They’re persistent and diligent. We have bi monthly status calls to make sure everything is going as planned plus communications via slack on a day to day basis. Frenchy was highly responsive and accommodating to our busy schedules. It’s very difficult to get partners this flexible on our timelines.

I've worked with the Frenchy team on several projects. Every time I’ve worked with a project manager, a copywriter, a designer, and a programmer. It’s been about 4–5 people at different stages of the project.  They create great work and they're fun to work with!

Yasmine at Frenchy will challenge you and help you build something truly purposeful. We are developing an app that does payment processing in our country and it’s one of the first of it’s kind here. We looked for a professional team that was based in California to make sure that they knew all the new technology used and that spoke French. After the development Frenchy came up with a go-to-market strategy in mind and helped us implement it every step of the way. If you’re trying to build an application/technology-based business, especially if you’re not technical, this is the team you should work with.

We began with an overview of our wish list for the new site. We also provided Frenchy with market research outlining our brand position within the industry. Collaboratively, we decided which pages to create and how the visitor journey should flow between pages. Frenchy wrote some of the best copy I've ever seen and selected image options. They presented us with two homepage examples, and we picked the elements we liked most from each. They then proceeded to design the remaining pages on Figma. We handled the editing while they produced the site on webflow.
Working with the team so far has been a very pleasant experience and l look forward to working with them in the near future.

There’s many thing’s that we can say about Frenchy Digital but the thing the do best is design work! They know exactly how we wanted our website They put a lot of extra time into making our vision a reality. We use Slack and skype to touch base. I even got the CEO on Slack and email. They’ve been excellent at communicating and staying on deadline across the board.
Also, they had a couple of tools that were helpful to migrate our content. One of them was called GatherContent, and they had a proprietary estimate tool to add different project aspects and build our website like on a menu, with extra bells and whistles.

Really pleased with how responsive and creative Frenchy Digital has been in taking us from concept to launch on our internal app solution. We needed to integrate the current CMS on webflow into an app that we would use to do customer management internally. We were vetting companies and found Frenchy on Google. We highly recommend them.
