Service has diminished. I walked in at 7: 30 pm, and I was told, "we're closed. " The hours state that they close at 7: 45 pm. I would like an explanation, maybe I'm missing something. Thank you.

This place has the best Turkey Burger in Southern California. Hands down! I will gladly spend $30 on two Grandma Turkey Burgers. It is is sooo worth it!

I showed up at 7: 28, knowing that they close at 7: 45. I have a Groupon, but I really wanted fresh and meaty. I see the open sign is still on and the door is unlocked. When I get inside a heavy set black woman that’s working on the grill yells to me that they’re closed. I told her that it says that they close at 7: 45 and she said we’re closed we’re short staffed. If they’re closed why not turn the sign open sign off and lock the doors? I won’t be coming back here. I’m so disappointed. So a quick update. I sat in my car to write this review and I noticed a guy go inside so I’m like wow they’re going to serve him. Come to find out it’s a pest control guy. I wouldn’t come here guys. Please save your money.

It takes a while to receive your food after order because they start to cook after order, but the quality of food is all great and so big burger with juicy big meat and huge French potatoes. You'll love this food.

Ordered food through post mates. Fresh nMeaty got my order wrong. I called to have my money refunded. They told me I needed to come in. I went in.the Male Owner was So RUDE! He had horrible customer service and the emotions of a female. I waited for my order to be corrected. Got home to find that my order was wrong again. I called back to express this to the owner who seemed very concerned when I was there. But instead I encountered the Male owner/manager. Who was RUDE and hung up in my face. My problem was never resolved. Burger Was HORRIBLE!

Food is good. Service is pleasant. The Turkey Burger is very good, fries are homemade.great deal especially if using a Groupon.

The drinks menu should be fixed, since they never have any shakes or other items offered.

But the beef burgers have a great taste

This was my first time eating here. I am very picky when it comes to my food. If the establishment is dirty or food all over counters, I will walk out. Once I got home I called and spoke with the manager to tell her how much I enjoyed the food and service. I text a few friends and family members to advertise for this restaurant. Fat burger and In n Out (sorry you just lost my business). Keep up the good work serving our community.

I like the burgers. I need them to be a little more sloppy. Meaning I need the insides to need that paper to stay inside the burger because its so good. But other than that it'll do.

If you are looking for a fresh hand made burger this is the spot. Food was so good. Even the turkey burger was fire, size and quality of meat it excellent. Fries and hand cut fresh just ask to hard fry them. Just know you do have to wait for great fresh food!

It was amazing and the food was awesome and great flavor in the meat too.it was my first time there too! Great service on top of that too.please try it when you can and I hope you enjoy it like I did!
