Fresh & Clean Laundry, Chula Vista CA

I've been coming here for about a month now. 4 visits, anyways the last wash is at 9: 30 pm I show up at 9: 31 pm and am told can't wash. I had 1 load and money on my card that I specifically filled last week. Thanks. I wish I could get a refund. One more thing the washing machines are incredibly expensive

Issues with machine every time and never an attendant to be found. Always on lunch or break.

Love doing my laundry here the staff is very nice and helpful they help me lift heavy bags and have big loader machines so I get my laundry done fast

We used Curbside Laundries/Fresh & Clean to dry clean a suit, and specific instructions for dry cleaning were put in when the service was requested. The suit was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and never was. After calling multiple times with no response asking for the suit, we were finally told "oh, we don't do dry cleaning", and in order the get the suit returned we would need to pay a delivery fee. Why was this not communicated prior to having the suit picked up, and why did the suit just stay at the laundromat for a week with no communication? Terrible business practice. Absolutely do not recommend.

Very Good experience. Leticia helped us-told us what to do, how it works. Haven't been to a Laundrymat in decades. (Our Wash Machine broke down today!) Very Clean machines and place. Thank You Leticia!

Went with my shorts weighed down with quarters, got there to find out it was entirely on a card-based system that you can load with cash or credit VERY quickly and smoothly. Machines are large and well-maintained. Overall facility seems clean and happy. Attendants are responsible and friendly. Laundromats are not fun places inherently, but this is easily the best I've been in that I can remember.

Got to the store at 7: 50am to self service wash and there was no attendant. When I got there a women had got her keys stuff on a machine but there was no one to help. Then at around 8: 20am I noticed one of my machines had stopped working but there was nothing I could do since no one was at the store. I had to wait over 30 mins and decided to call their store in El Cajon and told them there were no attendants and that my machine was stuck. They told me what to do and said a store attendant was in his way but I left around 10am and there was still no one there and other people also needed help. In past experience, some machines would stop working all of a sudden. Dissapointed by the service.

Clean and Friendly.
Going there for our 1st time was a very pleasant experience. The night attendant helped us with the laundry card system. Yea, you need to purchase a card for $1. So what, it's way more secure than having to keep pulling you credit card out of your pocket or purse. Cost is typical for the area. Machines are clean and capable of washing and drying 2x, 3x, 5x and larger loads. We will definitely be coming back.

Marissa was extremely helpful. My wife was struggling with the newer style machines and she was courteous, respectful and took the time to explain. This place was busy and I observed her helping and checking on several people. Excellent customer service.

I arrived this morning to drop off for the fluff and fold service. I arrived at 6: 15A and no one was present to help. I called twice, and there was no sign on the gate/door to indicate they opened at a later time. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed. I waited until 8A to call back to see if i can go back and drop off and when I asked if they were open for fluff and fold, the lady answered “yes but we are busy, it won’t be done today”. Disappointed in the service since i had read such great things online.

I own Sea Breeze Mobile Massage and I don't know what I'd do without Maria. She does about 125 pounds a month in the fluff and fold of my laundry. I will never go back to doing my own laundry. She does a better job and I save at least 10 hours a month in time. The prices are so reasonable, I don't know why anyone would do their own laundry. Fresh and Clean is the best. Their facilities are clean and all of the on-site staff are super friendly!

You have to pay a dollar for the laundry card and on top of that you have to add at least $5 min with a card. So be sure to add the amount you need the first time otherwise you could waste money. The machines themselves are very frustrating to use, we must have pulled the card 30 times each time to add more money. It would not read the card. V

The first time I went there I was very pleased because of a very nice employee but now I hate it.they only have 1 employee on the floor and could never get help I was there monday evening and I was just so mad I left. And there's so many homeless there that just chill there its a bit intimidating.

Isabel and staff are always super friendly and courteous, plus the service is excellent! Highly recommend Fresh and Clean

I want to thank the staff here and especially Destiny for helping me get started. Friendly and super nice. I will be coming back just cuz of her.

Thank you Destiny for all your help from the moment I walked in the door. Awesome service, clean environment, machines are well serviced and hours are great.

Never been here before but I came in with less then an hour to close. (completely ok if it’s wet just wanted it washed). Destiny helped me from start to finish. (even though she informed me of last loads are at 9: 30pm) she still helped From loading a card quickly to picking washers and dryers helping me with soaps etc.

Destiny was awesome really good employee she assisted me with everything I needed being that I’m new to the area got in and got out with no issues super friendly.

Fresh and clean is one of my favorite laundromats in Chula Vista they have from small to jumbo washers and dryers. Isabel gives great customer service and is always willing to help with any issue that there may be during her shift. I was surprised when she told she was not the owner of this busyness.
