I had a floor length dress cut and the slit stitched down for an upcoming party and OMG. It came out so beautifully, couldn't be happier with the work done on it, and at a quick time and fair price too! Will forever recommend this spot

Kim was the best! She is friendly and very professional. I take all my garments that need servicing whether it’s dry cleaning, wash and fold, alterations, she takes care of it. One time I needed my pants altered she made time to do a same day alteration! If you go anywhere else to get your clothing serviced, I feel sorry for you because she is the best!

Shes the best! I’ve been and tried 4 different alteration shops in elk grove area but shes the only one who could do all the impossible stitches that others cannot do. She always makes sure that my clothes would always look clean and presentable whenever I pick it up. Its always professional looking. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to fresh cleaners for years, have had a great experience. All my alterations on my suits and pants have been perfect. Wife’s alterations have always been perfectly on time.

Been coming to Kim's for more than 10 years now even after moving to a new home further away. She had also done alterations for my mom, my hubs and my friend. Kim is very friendly and hardworking. She makes sure that her customers are comfortable when she makes recommendations and ensures that results comes out right.

I've been a client of theirs for 8 years. Kim has always worked with me for my alterations and provided decent tailoring over the years. It pains me to write this, but they've just lost my business.
Last month, I went in for alterations on my dress pants, which are part of a suit, and needed simple waist led out. When I went in to pick up, there were black stains on my pants. I pointed them out and she said blamed me for bringing it in like that. Then changed the story that it was her cleaners that might have gotten the stains. I was confused to why the pants were dry cleaned when I only wanted alterations. She said, 'Give me another week to get these dry cleaned", which I did. Then, second time around, the stains were still there and looked like more stains were added on. She wouldn't take ownership and kept passing the blame to me and her cleaners. After 15 minutes back-and-forth, she asked for another week and said she would take it to another cleaners. Today, I went in to pick-up my pants. The stains were gone, however, she shrunk the pants. I tried them on and showed her and she wouldn't take ownership and called the police. The police came and tried to help her understand that she is responsible. She still didn't understand and I was advised to pursue this with Small Claims Court by EGPD. Shame on you Kim! I'll definitely be pursing this matter in court.

First of all the person replying to this review are most likely her kids, who are never at the shop to know what actually happened. I brought my CLEAN pants for alterations, which Kim did well. However, upon returning from the fitting room, I noticed those several stains all over to which Kim blamed me for bringing the pants dirty like that. Then 5 minutes later, changed her story to "oh my dry cleaner might have pressed the pants and stained them". My point being, why were my pants dry cleaned when I came in for alterations? After 2 weeks of coming back and forth, stains were still there and she never offered to even refund the alteration fee, for which I DID PAY FOR. I have receipts, which will be shown in court.

I never raged or was disrespectful. The third time I came to pick up my pants, which were still being "dry cleaned" by Kim, I tried them on and walked out of the fitting room and simply stated "Kim my pants are shrunk". Couldn't even put them on to button up. She looked at me and said I'm calling the police, to which I said "okay go ahead". I have the police event number. Funny how the cops tried to help her understand that she needs to compensate me, and she couldn't understand over talking over the police. The cops even acknowledged that the pants were "three sizes small". Why would the cops tell me to go to small claims court if I was in the wrong here?

To whoever replied, please get your facts straight. You don't seem to know what happened and are simply stating lies to cover for the business. You will be served papers soon for court!

Ignore my review if you want. But just know that if/when you are in my position, you will see a different side of Kim! She doesn't believe in taking any ownership for her mistakes and will blame you instead!

I have been coming here for a long time now, Always very kind and helpful, does great work and can be fast when you need them to be. She even gave me a wonderful smelling candle for my house one time. Will definitely continue to come here

Went here for a last minute pant alteration.small mom n pop shop.lady was nice.price was fair. I was happy with the service.will come back again in the future.
