I love this place. I have never had any problems with them. All my medical is done here along with other services offered such as Case Management and Mental Health.

Appointment went well. Nora was great. William seemed new and a little tentative. All in all a good 1st visit. Only downside was the typical lobby wait. 0930 Appointment, not called into the back until 10.

DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR MEDICAL IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM! THEY MAKE FAMILY HEALTHCARE NETWORK SEEM COMPETENT!

1. They LOSE paperwork repeatedly! We filled out the same forms multiple times & they consistently would say we never filled out said forms.

2. Providers REFUSE to prescribe emergency medication that you prove you've taken for half a decade. Emergency meds being only when a SPECIFIC situation happens & only once in said emergency as prescribed for said reason for YEARS. They also enter said EMERGENCY medication into their system as a "3 times a day" despite refusing to fill it. When we finally force the issue w/ a different of their providers, they prescribe the medication w/ instructions that make literally no sense even to the pharmacist (who thankfully has record of all the previous years' prescriptions)!

3. Our 1st appointment was supposed to be in March. They canceled it, & canceled the next appointment as well, we finally were seen in MAY.

4. In 1st appointment the main reason aside from establishing a new doctor was to get referred to a new Neurologist after the last one lied (by omission) on Federal paperwork. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER & WE ARE STILL WAITING ON A REFERRAL TO A NON-COMMUNITY HOSPITAL-BASED NEUROLOGIST!

5. They REQUIRE a cell phone to check-in. When you point out that you do not have a cell phone but your parent/partner/friend w/ you does, they want to load THAT PERSON’S CELL PHONE AS TO THE CONTACT FOR ALL YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION. THAT PERSON THEN IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN EVER CHECK IN! They then treat you like a villain for wanting to be able to check in w/out having to use SOMEONE ELSE as your check-in method.

6. They lose paperwork w/in their own systems REPEATEDLY whether digitally or manually filled out. We had an appointment to SPECIFICALLY sign Release of Information forms so they could get records from other doctor's offices. They lost those forms & told us that we’d have to come back in to fill them out (refusing to admit that they made a mistake). This ESPECIALLY as we needed the information to give to the government.

7. When you then request to speak to a supervisor, somehow MAGICALLY the forms mysteriously suddenly appear.

8. They take WEEKS to CHOOSE to send out the above-mentioned forms to the other doctors' offices, & then try to blame other doctor's offices on the fact that the paperwork never showed up, even though they were the ones who waited for weeks to do their jobs. 48 hours to SEND is reasonable, 2 weeks is not.

9. They do not understand their own forms. My adult child needs me to be able to pick up forms for them & speak for them due to anxiety disorder (though my child does make their own health decisions). My child marked that I would have access to everything, & when my child & I were picking up paperwork, they specifically said that my child would have to list that paperwork on the "exclusions" (as to reject what I can pick up) for US TOGETHER to be able to pick up that paperwork.

10. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE MY ADULT CHILD PAPERWORK REGARDING THEIR OWN HEALTH, MY CHILD'S OWN MEDICAL RECORDS, WHICH THEY SPECIFICALLY CALLED US & TOLD US TO PICK UP!

11. We spoke to the executive assistant of the CEO of the group & nearly 48 hours later (& over a month past when we needed those forms) & they still hadn't allowed us to pick the forms up. I had to call them & inform them that I'd already called the media & the Medical Board of California, planned on leaving this scathing review, had been consulting w/ lawyers, & that the only thing that will make them look SOMEWHAT reasonable is to turn over my child’s medical records to my child before we have to take them to court over this absurdly illegal mess they’d created. That did it & they finally called & told us (again) to pick up the paperwork an entire month after the 1st appointment to fill out the Release of Information Forms.

We WILL be looking for a new medical office. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER THESE PEOPLE FOR MEDICAL AT ALL! NONE OF THEM SHOULD EVER BE ALLOWED TO WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD EVER AGAIN!

My family has been going here for over a year and our overall recommendation is 5 stars. Simran FNP-C is really personable and listens to your concerns. Nora MA is thorough, friendly and kind.
Richa PED is very concerned about our children’s welfare and dedicated to their well being. David THERAPY is very helpful and has great questions to help your introspection.

Great Agency to be associated with. Very community oriented and great office staff. They have a medical facility on site that is well staffed and informed. Great community events, Halloween party, car shows, and health fairs. The tribal drummers and native dancers are great to watch and listen to.
