He provide all the information we needed to make our decision, gave us space to check things out, wasn't pushy, and made the purchase easy. After our purchase, we discovered a mechanical problem and he had us bring in the vehicle and got it repaired. Once again, a wonderful experience. On Saturday, March 5th, 2022, I walked into the dealership wanting to test drive a 2015, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Before I was able to drive it, the salesman had to do a “light” credit report, that supposedly, would not hurt my credit. The salesman then asked for my license and social security number. After I had strictly told them that I didn’t not want them to run my credit…minutes later, I get an email stating that my credit was checked. I left the dealership immediately after I was notified by Experian. As a result, my credit score dropped. This sleazy dealership will never earn my business. Do not trust a dealership that lacks integrity!

This was my first time purchasing a car at Autoplex in Fresno and Miguel provided excellent service. Being a first time buyer made me nervous but he made the process easy and less nerve wracking. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

My experience at the Fresno Autoplex was great. I was nervous to be honest I didn’t think I was going to get approved. Beings I was already financing a vehicle.
