Have filled out their questionnaire four time in the past three months after being referred to them by a couple of attorneys that did not work in the field I was seeking representation in. Not a response, not an inquiry and not a care in the world by this agency.

FCBA is a great first stop for folks who have a problem and are seeking an attorney. When you contact FCBA they will navigate through your issues, determine what type of attorney you should meet with (i.e. Criminal, civil, bankruptcy) and put you in touch with that attorney for a consultation, typically at a very reduced rate.

I was told on Friday that I would receive a call back on a referral. I did not receive the call back. When I tried to call no one picked up. Highly disappointed. I was referred to an attorney who, was unfamiliar with the kind of case I have. Poor reference. I feel like I have been ripped off. If they could not refer me to the proper council what is the point in taking my money. I really want a refund.
