Fresno County Birth Certificates reviews
11If your trying get your Birth Certificate / Death Certificate you can find it at M St. The building is white & it's called: HALL OF RECORDS well it used to be there? Now I went in person and I saw sign that said they had moved.and yes I took a picture of it for the ones who are looking for it.
If your child is 2 or older and you need their birth certificate, go to the Fresno County Recorder’s Office. I came here thinking I can get my child’s birth certificate. They were nice enough to let me know where I need to go. I don’t know why there’s reviews saying they’re rude. A big thank you to the security guy at the front, I would’ve been completely lost if he didn’t tell me where to go.
Call it a birth certificate center for new borns otherwise your misleading people that it has all birth certificates. Now I have to waste time going somewhere else. Fix this
The new building is very easy to find. Brand new and very clean. I was able to find parking with no problems. I went in July 12 which was a Wednesday about 9: 30am. Once you walk in you will find there are two floors. The first floor is for birth certificates and marriage licenses. Many people walked in very confused and didn’t know what to do. There was an employee who noticed this and she came out to assist. Once you walk in you head to the computers to fill in your request information. Once processed to stand in line until it is your turn. I was in and out within 25 minutes. The process was extremely easy.
Show up at 2pm today. There was only 1 other person there besides me. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes.
Done my work in 5 minutes people comment bad but I don’t think so thats there mistakes the lady front was polite and security Gaurd was helpful just depends how u talk and how u have positive attitude they are good people mine work done in 5 minutes so i am happy
I ordered two births certificates for my twins five months ago and I haven’t received anything yet.

Behavior like hungry dog she sad why u come here without Apointment n I sad I call for make scadual no one guide always cut my call at the hell this staff this lady must be need alignment ASAP
Disgusting customer service. I called to ask about obtaining my birth certificate, the lady I spoke to sounded so irritated and before I even got to finish my question she cut me off and directed me to an automated machine which didn’t provide any help. Do not give this place business.
I went in for two Birth Certificates, and was in and out in 20 minutes. The person helping me was very polite and professional, not sure why they have low ratings!
Went to get my birth certificate. Website stated it closed at 5 pm. Actually closes at 4: 15 pm. If you were born in the 1950's you have to go to the hall of record. Frustrating, considering parking is very hard to find. Now have to go to hall of records.
