4I had an incredible experience with them. I needed a TB test done for my job. In and out within 5 minutes and everyone was nice and friendly customer service.
This service was super disappointing, I called them to make an appointment but this girl on the phone with me was just trying to talk over me and say that I need to do this and that like literally I’m suffering here with a condition but she kept talking about their program when I don’t even know what they have and it is my first time trying to make an appointment. She wasn’t even trying to understand my point of view or even give me any information to see if I am qualify to their program. The person on the phone that I was with was so rude.
Fresno needs more services like the ones offered here. I have always felt comfortable and my questions have always been answered professionally.
These people have to say the time frame they are gone on their voice-mail we cannot be waiting around guessing the actual times they are close for.
