Great staff.beautiful maintained community. 3 meals a day provided by FF. Relapse prevention, mind over mood, a.o. D education, life skills, health & wellness and anger management classes all provided on campus. Great place to live if u want to change ur life around for the better. 3 to 4 month program

I recommend any other place. Besides one or two counselors the facility is ridiculous. The staff is dismissive, rude, and unorganized. Favortism is a huge thing between staff and residents. Staff allows people to do drugs and drink on site and only get a slap on the wrist while others get kicked out. Residents in "leadership rolls" click together to get others they dont like kicked out. The intake is a revolving door that allows residents to come back as they please. If you are looking for a place to crash this is the facility for you. If you really need help with treatment find another place.

Horrible office staff Clarissa is nice when taking your health coverage money coming in after your inside place is ran horribly no microwaves laundry room of disgusting and a pit nothing works.no fridges. Ashley aswell is rude.and they both are arrogant dismissive offices.lobby.and other areas are filty.they are bullies inatead of being compassionate and patient. Clarissa barges into peoples rooms and kicks people out before detox timeline ends.they are disgraceful and if your tired of your job let others run this place! They get paid 25 dollars an hour because us patients pay them with our insurance fees that run over 30,000 during duration and more overtime so humble yourselves otherwise I will see you in court you are being watched and reported! Dodgy looking women diamissive and rude as hell.you will be held accountable m.all they want is slaves cleaning all day working for them meanwhile their offices in front are filty they arw a poor example of their own cult like traditions and attitude but im the type to report and file with the courts etc you will be beld accountable! Humble yourself otherwise! Shame on Clarissa and her clqn intake in office.im paying Iam the payee you will be reprimanded for fiacrimination and bulling.

Do not try to call this place or any others related. You only receive straight busy dial tone or Espanol which goes directly to voice and you never hear back. Good luck everyone! Maybe try Salvation Army or West Care.

This is a great recovery place and they helped me. The only thing I really dislike is them helping u get clothes an the tv not working.but other then that this place is one of my favorites and the staff is so sweet and caring and no one is rude here.everyone treats u with respect and the food is the best. I been to two other programs an I can say Fresno first is the best program I will ever find. Thank u Fresno first!

The person there who helped us get on their hosing list was super nice and professional. She told me to call back once a week to check their availability for the shelter at the Hacienda. The reason I didn't give them a 5 was because I don't know yet if they can get me housing, so stay posted and I will let you know if they can get me housing

I am so happy that there are places like this that help people who are looking to change their lives in a good way thank you for what you do.

That picture isn't exactly Fresno first but that's a good summation still you should keep that picture that's about how it works in general and how your experience will be

This place saved my sisters life! The program here is amazing and the staff are incredible! Thanks to all of you who helped Chevy over come her obstacles!

I visited a family member and the people were so friendly. They help a lot of women build a better life. The facility could use some renovations, but I'm sure they need funding to do it. I hope they will be able to stay open and keep doing what they do.
